Sasuke CANNOT use the Full Susanoo

I recently noticed that the Final Susanoo (

) cannot be used by sasuke yet. I have read this a lot on the base, people saying that since sasuke has awakened EMS, he can use the full susanoo, he just hasnt shown it. Unfortunately guys, this is not the case. As seen here, the rinnengan is the eyesight needed to awaken the full susanoo:

Alright, don't believe me? You think that the rinnegan was used (preta path) in order to absorb the electric water attack from the raikage and mei (stun him so that they can seal him)?

Well pay close attention here:

As you can see in the panel, Madara has his rinnengan. Which means there's a connection between the Susanoo and the Rinenngan that has yet to be seen. Anyways, my point is that Sasuke CANNOT summon the Final Susanoo yet, as he is still lacking the rinnegan.

EDIT: When I say perfect Susanoo, I mean THE MEGA HUGE MOUNTAIN slicer.

I know Sasuke can't use perfect susanoo, and he never will...

It proves nothing. Onoki said that Madara wasn't at full power when he saw PS and Madara agreed with him by saying "i don't go at full power against kids", and at that time he had EMS(probably even MS only). Actually i think that even with MS only, there is a possibility that you can awake PS. It all depends on your skill or ability to awake it. At least, nothing proves the contrary

Yea and Tobi had his Rinnegan on when he used his S/T tech throughout his fight with Naruto and company. That doesnt mean that Tobi needed Rinnegan for Kamui and his other S/T techs.

Perfect Susanoo is Susanoo just in another form, Susanoo is an EMS technique.

That isn't Perfect Susanno, but he is using Susanno. Which shows that you can use Susanno while still using Rinnegan. It's not comfirmed that Rinnegan gives you PS yet.

So we can't say yet, since he is still using a normal height Susanno with Rinnegan. I think he only busted out Rinnegan so that way they wouldn't hit him, since he's trying to avoid being sealed.

i don't think all sharingans are the same even if they are on the same level, itachi can use amaterasu and sasuke also but just because of itachi so basically only itachi can use amaterasu, and not every sharingan can use kamui like kakashi's U_U

WTF that Final Susanoo, Sasuke can unlock "his" complete Susanoos after implanting EMS. I doubt Sasuke needs Rinnegan because Rinnegan is a completely different dojutsu than EMS.
