Sasuke CANNOT use the Full Susanoo

I recently noticed that the Final Susanoo (

) cannot be used by sasuke yet. I have read this a lot on the base, people saying that since sasuke has awakened EMS, he can use the full susanoo, he just hasnt shown it. Unfortunately guys, this is not the case. As seen here, the rinnengan is the eyesight needed to awaken the full susanoo:

Alright, don't believe me? You think that the rinnegan was used (preta path) in order to absorb the electric water attack from the raikage and mei (stun him so that they can seal him)?

Well pay close attention here:

As you can see in the panel, Madara has his rinnengan. Which means there's a connection between the Susanoo and the Rinenngan that has yet to be seen. Anyways, my point is that Sasuke CANNOT summon the Final Susanoo yet, as he is still lacking the rinnegan.

EDIT: When I say perfect Susanoo, I mean THE MEGA HUGE MOUNTAIN slicer.

Most topics I read involving the Sasuke to Perfect Susano'o involve Sasuke's potential ability to awaken it. Maybe as a way to equalize the difference in strength between Naruto and Sasuke in the end.

Plus I don't think that PS comes from the Rinnegan. Simply having it activated does not mean he used it for the jutsu. What about the times that Madara used a regular Susano'o with the Rinnegan activated? The only reason so far that it could be linked to the Rinnegan are simply its immense power. While it's not confirmed yet, a lot of thinks linked to EMS Madara having Perfect Susano'o (basically Onoki and Tsunade's statements).

I think it is an EMS ability.

Madara used this against Hashirama. But... Madara didnt have the Rinnegan when they were fighting at the valley of the end. He definitely awakened it, but not during their fight. He got it after their fight. If you need Rinnegan like you said, then that does not explain how he used it against Hashirama.
