Exactly, also you'll notice that the ground around the body is caved in. Naruto crushed that body into the ground as well as covering the eyes.

you realize that when he makes KB his chakra is divided evenly amongst them right? he was in essence fighting at 1/3 power when he started the fight with pein... and yeah i know how ridiculous that sounds but i didn't make up the rules for KB... this would also suggest that as he calls back clone he'd get proportionally stronger and i also believe the the amount of nature chakra he can gather is proportionate to his own chakra...

in other words, with 2 clones and naruto - naruto's chakra would be divided 3 ways so he's at 1/3 his chakra level. now that he only has 1 clone he should move up to 1/2 his normal chakra level and there by increasing how much nature chakra he can use. when he uses that last KB he should be at full strength.

of the weak link in his plan to use the KB to gather chakra is that someone has to summon them back. Kohnan is some where around there and if she gets her hands on that scroll Naruto could be screwed.
