do you feel chakra in your gut concentrating? try to force that concentration and make some water in gut, then spit it out

* i climb to my feet and start to release a steady amount of my chakra out into the air infusing my chakra with the air molecules , it feels like a heighend sense and i can feel the presense of water around me * i think im getting it sensei

okay now try to concentrate your water chakra to the water you spitted and form it to diffrent form like shield.

* i concentrate hard on the water that i spat out and my chakra within it seems to respond i hold the image of a sheild in my head and i think about the current and pressure within it like with the waterfall exercise in a few minutes i have managed to create a decent sheild of water although holding it up for long is challenging*

* i focus and i pull the water back into shape...the technique is to use the flow of the water naturally and not to fight it ....that makes it alot easier* phew that was close

TRicky*now able to create water i release chakra at a much faster pace i concentrate and turn the water into very small particles and in no time i have created a thick mist able to conceal my movements for up to 5 ft *

ok here i go * this time i focus more on the density of the small particles placeing them closer together to make them thicker whilst relasing enough chakra to keep the mist expanding over a much bigger distance*
