There could be various ways Tobirama could survive the TBB. All are inconclusive though. 1 would be Tobirama utilizing his unspecified S/T Technique to teleport away from it.

Another way would Tobirama utilizing his superior Suiton abilities to effectively shield himself from it(I know seems far fetched but he was one of the greatest, if not the greatest suiton user). Just think of it how Hashirama would do it. All you have to do is put heaps of chakra to your water source, effectively creating an impenetrable shield. He could also turn himself into water.

Or, if it would count, he could bring back Hashirama using Edo Tensei and he could protect them both, lol.

Suiton shield hmm I don't think so, I'll tell you why. Water is not solid, if this was earth I would consider this but now water. Baically think of a TBB being shot in the sea it would go straight through. Unless you have a ice KKG you cannot use water as a shield.

What I could believe is a giant thrust of water towards the TBB if your using water you have to use it appropriately what doesn't shield people it pushes them away with it's current. Earth would be a way to make a shield.

Whether this thrust of water is a water dragon or just water it self the more chakra that is pumped into it the bigger it will be. So yes I think this is possible but, I think he would have to do this near a water source. I don't think he can create enough water without a water source to counter a TBB. We all know he can create water without a water souce but I don't think it will be enough.

Bringing back hashi with edo tensei would take to long in a real life situation in the narutoverse. If he done it before the TBB then yh I believe hashi would be able to protect them both.

Lol you listed like 10 people, yes we all know suigetsu can survive a TBB. But don't worry most people have already explained how the people you put down would survive/counter a TBB

Naruto didn't do that, bee stopped it. Also with BM naruto now there is a number of ways he could survive/counter a TBB

I don't think it is that simple to just "move out of the way" xd

While everybody stated obvious characters that could tank a TBB, few actually took a look at the ones who seem not to be able but if you look further into their arsenal, they could probably do it.

So my choice for this would be Tsunade. Before starting to bash around her, start thinking.

Tsunade has the best healing abilities, evasive skills + Katsuyu.
My bet would go for her Byakugou + Katsuyu which is the animal summon that has been shown as tanking great high levels of damage and still resist to them. As for example a full Shinra Tensei, Naruto's corrosive chakra. And that was just a tiny Katsuyu.
So a full Katsuyu I bet it could be taking the damage of a TBB and still being able to survive while protecting Tsunade who could have Byakugou activated that basically makes her immortal for quite some time. (It has been shown in the Manga to resist a full day until night).
