Which Shinobi's Can Survive/Counter a Tailed Beast Bomb and How?

3rd raikage survived an rs without a scratch so im thinking he could survive a tbb with a couple of wounds
naruto has a bm cloak plus he heals fast
madara because his ps is perfect obviously
hashirama because he already did it
i don't know if minatos seal thing counts but if so then minato because of the seal he used at the ninetails attack
i said sasuke because he now has the mirror and a strong susanoo
possible gaara if he puts up his best sand defense but probably not
that water dude with blue hair(forgot his name)..........then again probably not because the explosion might evaporate all the water

EDIT: o and tobi because of his intagiblity and kakashi because of kamui

minato warps it away. tobi warps himself away. madara survives with PS but it will be damaged. itachi survives with yata but he will be damaged. kakashi might be able to kamui it away. bijuu naruto slaps it away.

Hashirama countered a mini tbb not a full one.

Hmm maybe sasuke's can I think it would break though and he would be left with small damage.

Oh yeah. I forgot he had full Susano'o. Even then TBB may be able to destroy it. The difference between Sasuke's Susano'o and Itachi's and Madara's is, unlike Itachi, he doesn't have Yata Mirror, and unlike Madara he doesn't have PS.

surprised i haven't seen:

gai (with 7 gates open possibly)
kakuzu (sacrifice his hearts and use a substitution)
kisame (great shark bullet possibly)
umm just a few names that may go under the radar

Sasuke- bird summon to evade, i doubt he is dumb enough to chance susanno
Naruto- BM (even thought kishi trolled and did some OP bull-ish) he reflected a few with his own
Madara- No need to explain (he knows way to many justu)
tobi- phase threw most likely (it's a lot of absorb which is why i don't think kakashi can't as of yet
1st hokage- IDK that was a video game cut scene so who knows, it would be illogical for wood to suppress a energy ball though
3rd raikage- we saw him do it
Minato- we saw him teleport it (maybe he can do it twice but it takes hella chakra from the user)
4th raikage- he would probally use speed to evade it (OMFG he dodged the black flames for Christ sake)
GUY- IDK but i doubt it, i just wonder if the attack he used to lay out kisame has enough force to change the BB direction?
Itachi- IDK but i doubt it
Kisame- IDK but i doubt samehada can take that much energy at one time instantaneously

Kakashi - If he has enough chakra, Kamui.
Orochimaru - Regeneration skills.
Madara - Possibly with his PS. He said a Bijuu could rival the PS, I think, so he might be able to tank it.
Suigetsu - I think he can avoid it as he can turn himself into water. Not sure about it though.
Itachi - If Yata Mirror can stop a TBB.
Kabuto - If he can turn into water like Suigetsu.
Hashirama - His Wood Style might be about to tank it, I'm not sure.
Naruto - In BM.
Tobirama - It's possible depending on what his S/T jutsu is.
MAYBE Danzo - Maybe he can tank it with Izanagi, not sure though.

That's all I can think of. Danzo, Kabuto, Suigetsu, and Tobirama I'm unsure of though.

we still haven't seen how much damage Sasuke Complete Susanoo can take , so tooo say he can't tank it ...is just a guess

what manga chapter did it say Susanoo can only take a rasen shiruken??
