Like the title says what kind of disease did Itachi have?

People called him a genius. But how the hell he get a incurable disease?

1.Had *** with the wrong girl?

2. Lung Cancer? (used Fire style jutsu to much? Just like a smoker gets it by smoking to much.)

May the dead rest in peace. I know Itachi's dead but Kishi never explained what type of disease he had.
