Why wouldn't he release the next chapter on time? There's no holiday that would keep him from publishing it and it's not like he's thinking "You know what? Just to screw my fans over, I'm going to wait three weeks now to release the next chapter."
As long as Shonen jump doesn't mention anything, the chapter will be there on time
