S/t Techniques
Kakashi is also able to use a space time technique kamui that can transport objects. He can take this advantage fighting Sasuke.
Mongekyo Sharingan
Kakashi also has a mongekyo Sharingan. He can easily see how fast sasuke is moving.
Natures
As he has copied over thousands of jutsus, he has mastered five natures, fire, lightning, wind, earth and water. He can use all these as an advantage against Sasuke.
Lightning Master
Kakashi has mastered lightning nature of which, he uses an S-Rank Technique Raikiri and an A-RAnk technique Chidori.
Fire Release
Kakashi is also very good in fire release and uses uchiha's special fireball technique.
Water Release
Kakashi is also a master in water. He can use siz water techniques:

Kakashi had also unlocked the first two of the eight gates so he can also use the in his battle with sasuke.

Speed
Kakashi has been on the 9/10th level of speed. He was as fast as couldn't even be approched by sasuke. He was shown many times greater than Sasuke.

Kakashi also uses many taijutsu combos which are:

Genjutsu
Kakashi also uses some genjutsus but they won't stand a chance against Sasuke.

I want to start by saying everything put in red is literally completely worthless fighting against Sasuke. All of these Taijutsu combos that your bragging about can not touch Sasuke do to multiple defenses against it, the fact that Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan can read/predict better than the Mangekyou Sharingan. So he can 1 see these attacks coming and 2 defend against them using Susanoo cover in Amaterasu or Simple Chidori Nagashi.

Now in Genjutsu Kakashi has not shown to be amazing in this category of fighting if anything Sasuke has shown to outclass him in such a fighting Style and atleast shown his effectiveness of this style in battle, Examples of these Feats:

Copying Jutsus: This is literally a Feat that both these ninja possess this is not a kakashi feat but a Sharingan feat.

Yes,Kakashi clearly dominates this area but these jutsu do no show the strength needed to breach Susanoo(Full). Even if you want to argue that some of these Jutsu can break it, which is unprovable. I on the other hand can compare those Jutsus to those previously used on Sasuke Susanoo.

I really don't think i need to continue on the feats of Susanoo and these are just the incomplete versions blocking Kage level attacks. Lava style being a combination of 2 Nature Transformations. Thinking that solo attacks or 1 Nature Transformation attacks would breach Susanoo Full or even incomplete is beyond belief.
Backup for Defending against Kakashi's Amazing ninjutsu is offense as well. I say this with Susanoo Arrow in mind. It's speed feats show to be troubling towards enemies trying to attack themselves. Examples:

That is alot of Defense Kakashi has to breach along with the struggle of trying to even get the Handseals finished before Susanoo Arrow Pierces him.
Sasuke possessing the Sharingan can see Kakashi's chakra flow and spot him underground.

Countering Kakashi Strategy:
Kakashi Strategy is to send in Shadow clones and even Shadow clones made of Lightng Nature, but this is simple counter by the fact Sasuke possess the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan which is know to read more of the Uchiha tablet which shows to have better reading/Predicting feats and also See through Wood Clones. Madara stated that with those eyes he could see through the 1st Hokages Wood Clones:

It is known fact that Madara only possessed the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan when fighting the 1st Hokage.
Now I will leave it up to you to decide whether the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan can see through Kakashi's Shadow and Lighting Clones if it can see through the 1st Hokages Wood Clones. the 1st being a much more incredible being than Kakashi and Wood Clones being twice a Complex as Lighting Seeing as it Requires 2 Nature Transformations and Lighting on Requires 1, Shadows requiring none.

Why wouldn't Kamui be able to work on Sasuke through Susanoo'? It's not a physical ninjutsu, it's a doujutsu...not to mention a long ranged one which adds to the Kakashi's benefit in this fight. I don't know of any info on Susanoo' that discredits a move like Kamui working against it.

Kakashi's fighting style is suited to fight Sasuke, most of his attacks are long ranged, not to mention Kakashi is great at using clones to scout out his opponents moves. Bring his sharingan into this, which only helps him avoid Sasuke's taijutsu, kenjutsu, and ninjutsu.

Kakashi's lightning attacks while less versatile overall are definitely on par with Sasuke's. We know Kakashi can cut lightning in half, he is also the one who taught Sasuke Chidori. In terms of stamina, from what I've seen Kakashi can out last Sasuke there as well. Just because EMS gives Sasuke the ability to use his sharingan without going blind, does not mean it doesn't take a physical toll on his body from expending large amounts of chakra.

Again there's not a 100% chance Kakashi wins this fight, but don't underestimate him, he's shown he can still rumble with the big dogs.

Well...I would like to say that Sasuke would win, because Kakashi can't make him-self kill Sasuke....Wither or not Kakashi is faster stronger or whatever, because Sasuke being an Uchiha and having a body more use to the Mangkeyo/Eternal Mangkeyo Sharingan power, means that he could spam attacks and have Kakashi end up dying using Kumai to much....And like some one said...The Rasengan isn't an elemental jutsu...It's just spinning chakra...And even if Sasuke was willing to kill Kakashi it doesn't mean that Kakashi might out smart Sasuke, which might make him made and, eventually die from over using jutsus....So, really, there's almost no way to know for sure how it would turn out...And maybe by know even Sasuke can't handle the ability to kill his master, in which might have been a type of father figure....

Amaterasu
Amaterasu is a special ability and highest level of fire release used by Uchiha. Sasuke can use this technique on kakashi but he would use his s/t kamui to blow it away or at least dodge it.

Kakashi has once expirienced tsukuyomi and won't look into sasuke's eye.
Susanoo
Susanoo is the only thing that would help sasuke in his battle with kakashi.
But Kakashi has thousands of jutsus and use them like danzo put a crack on susanoo.

Kakashi will easily dodge Sasuke's Fire release techniques.

Kakashi will use his kamui to defend from kirin.
Chidori
Kakashi has a better tech raikiri in the same way.

Thanks to using Water Prison on Kakashi, Zabuza would be able to kill Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Tazuna but not Kakashi. :sy: Zabuza's water prison did not make Kakashi run out of breath like Kisame's.

Treat it this way: Sasuke can copy jutsu but is unable to reproduce them - rendering the copying useless. According to Narutopedia: "In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them."
And if you start saying "Oh, but maybe he can do it, just doesn't!" then I'll go with "Kakashi can use also katon and fuuton, just doesn't". End of story.
