Having the same eyes doesn't mean you have the same skill. Proof is that Sasukes tsukiyomi is weak compared to Itachis eventhough he has Itachi eye. And eventhen, Madara never said that it was because of EMS that he was able to see through Hashiramas clone. Remember he fought Hashirama even before achieving EMS. Do you think he wasn't able to see through his clones back then? So again, it's a matter of skill, not eyes

So since Madara & Izuna had beef with the Senju clan im sure they fought before why didn't he say hiim and his brother since they where the first ones to awaken MS? Tsukuyomi takes skill everyone knows Itachi is a genius and smarter than Sasuke. When obito awaken his two tomoe Sharingan he seen the invisible dude that didnt that skill. EMS is better then MS

If Kamui was launched on them, they would disappear, no time to react.

I see where you are getting at. But this only accounts for the jutsus we know, which is the only obvious way to calculate a theory; making it a theory. Anyways, we don't know what Sasuke's EMS holds. It's a rather large variable. I think that Sasuke would win personally just by observation but you never know with Kakashi. Either way, it'd be one hell of a fight.

it would b a crazy fight but the thing about kakashi is his stamina yea he knows alot of jutsu but certain ones take a toll on his body fast kamui for example wat he has 3 shots then he's done but he is a great analyzer he would push sasuke to his limits but at the end of the day sasuke has ems which makes kakashi movements and everyhting like nothin go back to wen they fought sasuke just fought 5 kages,and danzo he was blind cut up and tired and still was about to kill him imagine him at 100% with ems

You are also forgetting that kakashi is not an uchiha, and as stated by him before overusing his sharingan will exhaust him quickly. You are making it sound like he can use kamui a billion times in a row. Also he can't use wind style and rasengan isn't a fuuton technique. There is a difference between rasengan and wind style: rasengan. Get your facts straight.
