Don't wanna be bitchy about but there are many threads just like this one.
A simple search would've let you remember your mathematics formulas easier.
I just happened to take part at one of those threads so I assure you that at least one thread could've been displayed as a result for your search.
And I don't know where you've seen that people worshiped her. Everywhere people HATE Sakura just because the overly used reason useless and the fact that Naruto loves her.
ANd we couldn't decide because while Hinata has Byakugan and all the ninjutsu types derived from Byakugan together with taijutsu, Sakura has very good medical evasive skills, poison in her arsenal and her strenght which she enhances with chakra. This is if you go wit what you've seen.
If you go by Databooks, Sakura has 26 while Hinata has 21.5.

Yah I agree with Chatte here, Kishi's Data book says it all, he even thinks she's stronger.
Hinata lacks the confidence, the quickness, and the sharpness of mind, to take down Sakura.
Any close range combat, Hinata can use gentle-fist but I doubt she land a blow, Main part of Sakura's training was dodging, also in close range poison bombs are a big concern, considering Hinata has not learned rotation. Sakura is also highly battle intelligent according to Kishi, Hinata is a follower not a leader.
For God-sakes people Hinata almost got killed from a zetzu, she's pretty useless, unless she's teamed up with Neji, or her teammates. Did we forget she's a loser among the Hygua, not in ranking but in skill. Her father gave up on her in training to focus more on her younger sister.
Hinata makes a great addition to a team, but she doesn't have to skill to be a solo fighter. Evident from all the battles she's ever been in.
Sorry, you illogical Hinata worshippers no offense, I know your blinded by the big boobs and the sweet shy personality, but there is not evidence to ever conclude that Hinata could beat Sakura....Neji on the other hand most likely, cause he's actually a skilled Hyuga.

They both suck. Sakura is a little more useful because she's a Medical Ninja... but when it comes to combat they would be dead in 2 seconds without help from comrades.
Sakura would have easily died a long time ago if it wasn't for Chiyo.

are you all forgetting that the bakyugan lets its users slow perception down seemingly slowing down enemy movements?
sakura goes to punch hinata, hinata dodges, hits her in a vital chakra point, sakura can no longer focus her chakra into her punches, cant heal herself, shes done.

Could see it, basically, but what if Sakura throws it in a manner that she won't be able to see it? Don't forget, the Byakugan has a blind spot.
I am not saying that it could 100% be like that, was just an assumption.
As far as I'm concerned, it could end with either of them winning/losing.

Meh, it all depends on who gets the lucky shot in. I don't really follow data book so to me it's always an unbiased situation. It has to do with where they are, what they're fighting about, stuff like that. I have no idea who would win, and probably never will... U_U

Evidence? The shariagan does what your saying but not the byakugan. All the Byakugan does, allows sight through object, see in 360 degrees with extension of 50 meters, and allows the user to see the chakra network. But your senrio is also conjecture. Sakura is faster than Hinata, and her dodging ability is better according to Kishi data.
And people who say Hinata wins, are Hinata worshippers, and Sakura Haters. Sakura wins, with mid difficulty. For Hinata to stand a chance, she has to be fighting for Naruto or Naruto is watching, but even then she doesn't have solo battle confidence or skills.
I'm pretty sure all poison users, are immune to their own poison. Like Sasuke, Oruchimura made him immune. So a medical specialist like Sakura would defiantly be immune to anything she uses. And what does seeing the bomb have to do with dodging it? Any ninja can obviously see someone pull a Kunai from a bag, but does Hinata have the skill to dodge it? We don't know.

Sakura has more confidence in her abilities than Hinata. People forget that Sakura's strength and chakra scalpel are just dangerous as Hinata's gentle fist. And Sakura being trained by a Kage level ninja makes her very dangerous. Also Sakura is very intelligent, traps,bombs,kunai's are part of Sakura long-ranged arsenal, and Hinata lacks any long ranged attack or defense, unless she reveals later in the manga that she achieved rotation.
Hinata is one of the weaker rookies, down their with Choji. But like Choji she makes a great addition to a team. She's a great tracker like the rest of her teammates.
Its no brainer, that based on Kishi, Sakura would win. Any Hinata fan can think of crazy situation where Hinata could win but thats just conjecture.

Don't you think that if a stranger knew Neji's weak point, Sakura who basically was born in the same village, would know about the blind spot weakness?
Her as a medical ninja is to gather information about the opponent so it can fight it. Look at the battle with Sasori how she started to read his fighting pattern.
What makes you think she won't do it with Hinata? She's intelligent.
Also, Sakura has always been shown of being a good traper. She always was shown of using kunais with explosive bombs and stuff like that.
I am not saying she could necessarily win, I repeat, it's just that people underestimate her very much.
