Yeah I guess they're just as bad, if not worse. I personally hate to include them when ranking characters, then again only Naruto has almost infinite chakra the others are beatable.

Ftg is not an attack for one tht was the rasengan and Naruto basically took the rasengan and turned it into a child's play toy I mean not trying to sound hype but the dude made a wind style rasenshuriken on his damn finger tip (the fourth counldnt even add an element to his) and he's faster than A......The fourth was great mainly cuz of Ftg I dnt care wat nobody says cuz tht seems to be the only thing they bring up......So even imagine if Naruto didnt have Kurama and his Dad were alive....SM+FTG makes him stronger than Minato anyway...im sorry but no way in hell Minato is stronger than Naruto right now

I'd definitely put Hiruzen prime above Minato. Minato was strong but Hiruzen prime was considered the God of shinobi. And we don't have much to go off of either of them other than hype and a few flashback scenes. Orochimaru should be somewhere in the top ten. Also, idk if his technique is considered KK or not but Deidara deserves to be top ten.

Also having bijuu powers should be excluded from this too, as it is a haxxed way of becoming Uber-powerful without having any skill or talent at all. Just look at Gaara and Naruto in the early stages of Part 1. The sand and the Kyuubi did everything for them that was worth regarding as amazing in the world of top-class shinobi.
Maybe the same should go for freaks like Orochimaru...

The thing that made Hiruzen so amazing (and in some respects, Minato) was that they didn't have any freak aspects to them or special abilities. They were very much more skill and talent. Even their use of the FTG and the 1000 jutsus Hiruzen knew was something that took a lot of training and skill. I cant say the same for a lot of the people being mentioned, like Naruto, Kabuto. They are characters that manage to haxx their way through the power scale in the anime by getting upgrades from borrowing and stealing other people's powers. It's as bad as Sasuke's power development via the sharingan, Itachi and Orochimaru. Gai seems a great option for here too; hard work. Hanzo too. Sasori, arguably without him being a puppet himself - kinda makes him fall under the category of freak. Kakazu should not be considered as he is definitely under the category of freak. Diedara was a freak... and apparently he stole his clay power...

From what has been stressed and is consistent, Hiruzen was the strongest/most powerful kage and could use the most techniques in the whole shinobi land efficiently, but Minato was the fastest... and that can kind of put them on the same footing.

uzumakis are a clan related to senjus. they have no bloodline limits, only similar traits (strong life force and sealing techs). kushina was unique among her clan for her bijuu suppressing chakra and kumo tried to kidnap her. senjus have no bloodline themselves since their name translates to "clan of a thousand skills".

high chakra reserves is a trait of all uchihas except itachi. as stated by madara who had the greatest chakra theyd ever seen. other than them its a scattered trait. kisame has it. A has it. naruto isnt special because he has alot of chakra.

Gaara has a similar thing.

gaara has a special ability passed down to him from a bijuu. but its kept automatic because his mother loved him
