Strongest character in Naruto without doujutsu or KK

Without Kekkei genkai or doujutsu the most strongest charcter would have to be Minato hands down. He is ranked top 5 strongest shinobi amongst SO6P, Madara, Hashirama etc. Close to him would then be Hiruzen or Jiraiya.

Fact not opinion.
There is nobody that can equal to him without KK or Doujutsu.

well even with jinchuurikis no-one is match after minato sealing it away during masked man fight he released the 9-tails as well as sealing half of it in him and the other half in Naruto as well.

No actually it's not a fact. Yes Minato is one of the strongest without a KK or doujutsu, but to say that he is without a doubt is just being close minded. You got to open up your mind to different opinions and this goes for everything.
