★Does not say if Kakashi is truly dead. He's not sure how it'll turn out, wants you to read on until the end.
★Regarding Jiraiya, he has made peace with what happened to him, and the cover art for the Comic Volume #42 is the manifestation of it.
★Itachi, like Jiraiya, is dead.
★"I don't know what I was thinking when I killed off Jiraiya...lol He was a good character. lol"

★The chapter he is proud of in particular is the one featuring the battle between Naruto & Kimimaro, because it was such a lot of work to draw Kage-Bunshin.

★He no longer can draw Naruto the way he used to in the first part of the series.
★It is tedious to draw snakes because of the scales.

★Ａｆｔｅｒ listening to the work of the voice actor who portrays Tsunade, he is consciously using speech balloons that are more jagged than round.
★Ｔｈｅ reason why you don't see Tsunade drinking in spite of her well-known love of Sake is because WSJ is intended for kids and the editors tells him to refrain from drawing her drinking. They don't like her smoking either.
★Kakashi has an expanded role in the nest Naruto movie (due out this summer in Japan).
★To the question, "Will Shikamaru be doing anything exciting in the
future?", he answers that IF the series ends up running long enough, he may have him act as the guardian, teacher, father figure to Asuma's child.
