Somebody made a valid point about Kagami's age... he should be about 60 during Kurama's attack... Kakashi is 14 at that time. Obito was slightly older, so he would have been 16 at the max. That makes Kagami 44 when he has his first son according to what we have so far...

The age seems reasonable if you take into account Hiruzen's son Asuma who is the same age as Kakashi, Obito, and Gai.

kagami is not their father if anything their grandfather he is sarutobi's age under that is kakashi - sannin age group meaning atleast 1 generation is in between kagami and obito

but note that Asuma was Sarutobi's son and was almost the age of Kakashi/Obito so that might not be the case.......

Okay well Shisui and Obito are the right ages to be brothers
Also its not that Obito is dumb etc. its the powers from their eyes - which points to strong blood line
As for kagami , the generation above him is Tobirama who would be the same age as Izuna - (hashi's little bro, madara's little bro )
So I still believe that there can be a son - father connection there

As for the obito/shisui being brothers. Yes their age fits, but my argument was, that other known brothers within the uchiha family were all geniuses, which obito didn't seem to be.
As for whatever age Izuna is that doesn't matter one bit. He died in battle before Konoha was founded, meaning it is impossible for him to be kagamis father, given that kagami was born at the same year as hiruzen and danzo, which of course can't be said 100 % sure. Kagami though could have been obito/shisuis father, since he would be aroun 40 when obito was born.
Also I believe you need something very important in your theory. Uchiha Madara was the one who started the 1. ninja war. As his fight with oonoki and muu. Only reason he left them alive was so they would start war. At that time he still wore his konoha head band, although he most likely had already left konoha. Spurring up hatred in the world of shinobi, the great question would be, had he already begun his plan at this point in time? If he already wanted his village (including remaining uchiha members) to get destroyed, why would tobi be an uchiha, and it definitly couldn't be one that was still in the village at this time. So if kagami was born earlier, so that Izuna was his father, him being tobi would be unlikely. Although if he was born shortly before or after madaras "death" it would be possible.
