Chidori/Raikiri confusion

So Raikiri is obviously a better version of the chidori, but if its better why didnt Kakashi invent different versions of it like Sasuke did with chidori.
And if Sasuke is such an amazing shinobi why didnt he improve the chidori to raikiri himself?

I dont think kakashi need to cozz he is more focused in learning kyumi and as far as sasuke is concern he have better attacks he dont need raikari

It's just renamed jutsu due to a certain situation. Both Kakashi and Sasuke would strike each other with exact the same move but Kishi let Naruto to attack so people would continue to discuss it.

I don't think so, because even when Sasuke clashed with Naruto at the valley of the end with Chidori, he used his palm

I guess, Kishimoto just draws it how he likes just to fit the panel.

Raikri is an advanced form of chidori....sasuke invent different version but not improve chidori ,kakashi improved chidori and made raikri so it rightly said that kakashis intelligence is too much of sasukes intelligence ....for example two people have stick one man break the stick and used it for different method to destroy his enemy so its damage does not improve and the other man sharpen his stick at its edge and upgrade it and its damage is greater then the first stick so it is the example of chidori and raikri
