Ya Ice and lava are kekkei genkais. Anything merging 2 elements into a new one is a kekki Genkai..

Yes but lava was approved by Nexus as a Custom Element...

the current rules are like this

1. You can posses a Kekki Genkai but give a reasonable reason and a good way how you have come to posses it

2. If you want to posses a Bijuu give an explanation of how you have acquired such a beast inside of you and to what extent you can control it, also note that not anyone will be allowed to have it

3. You may posses the EMS but give a way how you achieved it and do not copy anyone else’s ideas
You may posses any level of the Sharingan eye at any Rank, only IF u're Uchiha clan

4. If you wish to posses the Rin’negan eye tell how you are related to Rikudou Sennin and or Pein/Nagato, counts same as Bijuu, not anyone will be allowed to have it

5. Try to make the biography as complete as possible, providing a good background history, pictures, and theme song

6. One can only have maximum 3 characters and it has to mention at the beginning of a fight which character is using

7. Every biography has to be approved by a mod in charge of this area

The new rules should be like this

1. Someone can only posses 1 Kekki genkai

2. No custom bijuus

3. Only Madara can have EMS
In order to obtain sharingan you must be chuunin(or jounin) rank
In order to have MS you have to be a kage
(The ranks thing was edited a bit ago, but not in the first version)

4. Only pain/nagato or the sage of 6 paths can have rin'negan.

5. Try to make the biography as complete as possible, providing a good background history, pictures, and theme song.(there was a thing about mentioning some of the jutsus you have here)

7. Every biography has to be approved by a mod in charge of this area

That is the former set of rules if I recall correctly.

Yes this thread will be closed now and before anyone opens something like this again, whining about biographies and eth, please take some time to check all other things also and dont get obsessed with one or 2 persons, neglecting to check other bios and jutsus.
There is a man here who can ride a tornado fcs!!!
And many "unblockable" jutsus who are by definition, wrong.
The whole system will be reviewed, i have been talking to an admin.
