3 of the Most Nerfed Characters.

Tobi

He has The sharingan, rinnegan, space time and probably a whole host of elemental ninjutsu.

Yet how does he fight?

He simply lets people attack him over and over again until suddenly decides to try to space time them away.

It just seems like he could do so much more. Using multiple abilities in tandem to simply overwhelm his opponents.


6 Paths of Pein (Nagato)

Mainly its the six paths of Pein that are nerfed but Nagato is too.

The six paths(Nagato) have lots of experience with the rinnegan every elemental ninjutsu and a almost limitless supply of chakra, yet all they do is charge in one path at a time using one ability at a time rarely using any elemental ninjutsu and when they do use a elemental ninjutsu it seems absolutely pointless (Makes a large pool of water against 6 tails Naruto......why?)

It seems like the paths could set up a much better "jumping" system of fighting to make a circle around the opponent and just blast them with multiple abilities.

Gaara

remember Gaara from part 1 vs rock lee?
remember Gaara vs Kimimaro?

well he's only gotten better right?

well no, apparently not, he's only seemed to increase in intelligents and speed.
Its hard to explain exactly what I mean, but It's very apparent to me, he just seems.....way less bigger on the scale and effectivness of his attacks.
It just seems like he could use his sand way more cleverly and on a much more massive scale with his new found tools.
He once used what tools he had rather cleverly (sand shells, sand rain etc)


what do you guys think of these three?
Also name some more characters that you feel are nerfed.

I agree about Tobi and Pain but what do you mean Gaara is nerfed?

I agree. I think Orochimaru was a bit nerfed. In his only legit fight, vs Hiruzen, he was messing with him and we still didn't get to see his full capabilities. Afte that, he had no arms.

Nerfed characters since part one is basically everyone from part one, Exceptions are itachi, sasuke, naruto, A few other main characters maybe, Look how invalid Neji became, He was possibily the strongest genin of that time, Easily able to defeat naruto without the nine tails.

Gaara became the Kazekage and is leading the 4th division in the war right now...
The entire K-11 is nerfed (except naruto) especially Lee and Neji

Neji. He was built up so much early in the first series. Even though he's already a jounin I'm not seeing the difference in his skill.

I agree Tobi and Nagato didn't use their full potential. Rinnegan host have all five elements, yet we have not seen none of them use all their elements powers in battle.

I agree about Tobi and Pain but what do you mean Gaara is nerfed?

Well I think what he means is that he has a huge advantage by having sand with him, and being able to harness minerals from the earth. On top of that they are in a desert right now so Gaara has a lot of potential.

Despite him growing after part 2, noticeably being bad ass in the intro to shippuden, still he lacked the killing edge and touch to be effective.

Just like now, though he is new and improved, he doesn't make as big of an impact, his sand doesn't seem fast enough to the point where anyone can dodge and evade it, whereas before rocklee's amazing speed was the only one (and sasuke) who could compete.


Also nerfed just means something was weakened, or handicapped.

neji was totally nerfed every one from k11 was nerfed except for sasuke and naruto kakashi wasnt nerfed oro was nerfed as well he was playing around with hiruzin and lost his arms and then was killed/absorbed by sasuke and sasuke wasnt even trying oro was nerfed most of all main super villian in part 1 and was reduced to living in sasukes body but now he will get his vengance!! cant wait to see him in action again

Gaara, seriously? I actually think that he got a lot stronger even without the 1 tail.

I would trade Gaara for either Orochimaru or Itachi.

Definitely Neji and Orochimaru. The only real display of Orochimaru's power we saw was up against four tailed naruto. Every other time he's getting trolled by the damn Uchiha. Or getting his soul arms ripped off by Hiruzen.

And to the guy who said Itachi, on what basis? If anything he was one of the more played up characters in Part II up until his death. I mean come on, his Susano'o rendered the absolute pinnacle of lightning style jutsu ineffective.

well I guess Oro and Neji could be nerfed I'd say their more trolled.

to be nerfed we have to imagine how powerful they actaully are
or in other words what they should be able to do.

since we haven't seen much of Orochimaru or Neji I can't really imagine how powerful they should be.
