Blizzard, one of the strong, bold and respective shinobi of the village of Rock, was quite confused about his life. After all the respect he had finally earned, and the stairs he had climbed to become respected and known around the village was still not enough for him. He knew that the real deal was not just power, it was to believe that sacrificing his life for the sake of village would earn him anything he wanted. But a part of him still believed that if he had more power he might not have to go through the sacrificial. That little "if" was stuck in his mind, thus he knew he had to find answers.
After packing up his things, sheathing his sword, the almighty Frozen Fang, in the scabbard and tying it to the waist he head to the outskirts of Iwa. The sun was still up in the sky shining extremely bright thus making the weather uncomfortably hot. Such weathers were never a problem to the Yuki's shinobi, on whose will the ice itself bowed.
After walking miles, he stumbled acros a rather cooler region of the ninja world. It was located somewhat near Konoha. He had previously learnt from his fellow villagers that Konoha indeed have some powers that the world had never seen. Even his best friend, Rairen (My other bio) and his Kage, Jinbei Sarutobi, were once a part of this sacred village. He knew that having ninjas that strong around you will surely help him improve, thus his journey to seek the strongest of all begun. And the name he heard talks about was none other than "Yamato", The scariest of all.

The breeze felt nice against the skin of Konoha's Hokage on this particularly hot day. While the shade from his hat helped slightly, Yamato still wished that fall would come quicker. The day's stroll was particularly quiet, but Yamato liked to listen to the sounds of nature. It made him feel at peace.
Damn D: I thought you were on my side!
After finally inquiring enough details about the individual, also the Kage of Konoha, Blizzard was full on ready to take him on with all might. He lurked on the streets of Konoha, and finally reaching the end of the alley, toward's his right was another narrow lane and dead end, and to his left he could spot the huge Konoha mansion. The 10 foot tall windows were opened and there were someone on the balcony, quite drawn into thoughts. Judging from his appearance Blizzard's guess was that most likely he was his target.
As a man of pride, he wasn't going to hide and sneak attack. He was going to confront him face on with a challenge and canvas his skills and carve his name in the memory of his opponent. Thus he went straight on, few feet below the balcony but still in sight. He shouted...
HOKAGE YAMATO! I HAVE COME HERE TO TEST MY SKILLS, AND FOR THAT I CHALLENGE YOU TO A DUEL! WILL YOU ACCEPT MY CHALLENGE?

After a nice walk, Yamato returned to the village and greeted the people as he passed. The appointment of the Hokage position was sudden for Yamato. He didn't know if he was ready, but knew that people were counting on him to become the leader they needed him to be. Lost in his thought Yamato approached his home when he noticed a crazed man shouting up to the balcony. Yamato apprached the man and tapped him on the shoulder.
Excuse me sir, is there anything I can help you with?
uhhh.. uh. unh. unh. uhh. Blizzard quickly shakes his head back and forth between the balcony and the person who just appeared next to him. Ahhhhh.. GHOST! A million thoughts racing his mind, judging from the disappearance of his opponent and reappearing right next to him within a split second he was confused. His mind bombarded with scary thoughts, and that was the time he knew he was going to have nightmares tonight if he makes it out alive. Ho..w....did...y..ou...ge..t..her.e.

Seeing the distress in the young man's face gave birth to an idea in Yamato's mind. Seeing the headband of an opposing village told him that he needed to lt him know Konoha wasn't as village he wanted to mess with. Yamato pulls out his flashlight and shines it upward across his face.
*leans in and wispers* I'm everywhere
KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!~ Blizzard's heart was hammering the ribcage trying to escape, the pounding was so strong it echoed in the closed area. Scared as hell he crawled back quickly after the ghost pulled answered in a creepy voice. Talking to himself; Calm down blizz there is no such thing as ghost.. ha.....haha..hahahahaa.. the fear turning into hysteria, while he grasped hold of himself, dusting off the clothes and got up. FIGHT ME!

The abrupt statement caught the hokage off guard. He quickly gathered himself and spoke.
why do you wish to fight me?He said, looking down as he twisted the wooden ring on his left hand. Yamato raised his eyes and met the visitor's. You do realize that challenging the Kage of a rival vllage can lead to some very heavy consequences?
Fear... Blizzard replied cutting the mighty Kage's talk. I want to experience fear. I want to tremble infront of someone's power. Its been so long... Dozing off in thoughts, he took a step back. My village may need me, but without knowing what this life means to me, I cant protect a single soul. If you can, spread terror in my heart, that is when the beast in me will show its true strength.

Upon hearing the response, Yamato slowly shook his head and chuckled to himself. You still have much to learn, young traveler. Fear does not beget power. Fear activates a reflex, which may work for you, or may work against you. You are letting your body control you instead of you controlling your body. In time you will learn that love is what gives you power. Love for yourself and love for others is what will bring out the power within yourself. Since I sense no aggression or alterior motive from from actions, I'll accept your challenge. Lets go to my village's training grounds. I do not wish to cause any damage or harm an viollagers who may be nearby.
The Hokage escorts the man to the Konoha training grounds. His heart rate begins to quicken in anticipation of yet another battle.

Blizzard left shocked by the words Yamato spoke, and he whispered to himself; This is the Kage of Leaf.. Love as power. and now he was expecting a lot, expecting to witness that majestic power with his own eyes. He wanted to see how he could use that for himself, and it was time he would learn that there is more to this life. He followed the kage of the village, ended up in an huge open field. Stopped at a certain distance away while Yamato went on ahead to increase the distance. Well then, lets see the power you speak of.

Yamato turned as the stranger spoke. I am not one to boast nor flaunt my power. If you wish to see it, you must earn it through battle. He spoke earnestly. The Hokage then proceeded to take off his hat and laid it gently on a wooden post near him. He then removed his white robe, revealing his flak jacket and battle clothes, and wrapped it around the same post. One must always be prepared.
Without a moments hesitation, Yamato Tossed a flashbomb over his head and rushed toward his opponent while forming the snake seal. A small pillar of wood grew from between the unsuspecting ninjas legs and wrapped around his left ankle and lifted him into the air, ankle first.

"Earn through battle" Blizzard repeated the words in his head and his determination took over his heart. He was ready to show case his skills, the skills of the One Winged Angel (literrally). As the Hokage spoke, Blizzard bowed his head a little bit taking out a mask from his backpack, and wore it simultaneously raising his head. Before he knew the call for battle had already begun!
As a tiny ball is thrown to the sky, his attention automatically diverts, and before he knew the Hokage himself was dashing through the air, making a hand-seal. Lets see if I can earn it! said Blizzard, replying to the call of battle, in the next second he felt something tangling around his ankle, and within a moment he was tossed into the air. At this very time, Blizzard channeled his Raiton chakra throughout his body, ripping apart the wood, and at the same time performing a back-flip.

His hands touched the ground, that is when he changed his element to earth, releasing a quick sudden chakra in earth causing a tremor in order to disrupt Yamato's flow.

As Yamato rushes forward, he sees the stranger destroy the wood and releases himself from its grasp. Not faultering, Yamato continues his persuit. As the ground begins to shake, Yamato stumbles, takes a step, and jumps into the air while stringing 3 handseals. Water then beings to spring forth from the ground. Yamato channels chakra onto his feet as he lands on the water causing him to skid across the top of the water for a short distance to which he then proceeds to run on the newly created barrier between Yamato and the moving Earth.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.
As the kunai is thrown Yamato forms the snake seal and releases a pillar from his hand which intercepts the kunai and pushes it back towards his opponent.

Upon seeing Yamato swiftly riding a wave, and turning back the kunai, Blizzard quickly uses the element he has mastery over, he wields water chakra spitting out a water bullet which easily engulfs the explosion and head towards Yamato... Blizzard... The One Winged Angel! he replies answering his opponent's query. His aim was to engrave the name into the Hokage's mind and hope that it will never be eroded. This battle was the only chance.

Right after releasing the bullet, Blizzard makes a "snake" hand-seal annd repeats, Come forth earth! The pride of IWA!, creating a wall summoned half way (the front one) to trip Yamato over and directly get hit by the water bullet, while the wall on the back closes in.

Description: This sword is developed with Ice chakra. Some Myths state that this was made by the Angels themselves and gifted to Earth. The sword is 2 Meters long and shaped like a Persian Scimitar. It is sharped edged at the bottom and top. Some carvings are also done on one side of it which says "The Frozen Fang".
Sword's speciality is that it has abundant flow of chakra and is able to communicate with its user like Samehada. Since the sword's blade is made out of ice it can be sliced, melted or shattered with Earth, Fire and Lightning chakras but if a constant flow of chakra is remained with the handle it has the ability to regenerate its ice blade. The regeneration of ice blade can also be done through barriers, for example; if the sword is thrusted in a wall its ability allows it to form on the other side given that there is direct contact between the user and the sword, and between the sword and the object. Sword's language is more like a whistle and it happens when the chakra is flowed through it. It indeed has cutting power of an S-ranked wind chakra and is able to extend to mid-range if the chakra is flowed through it.
Note:
Must be used by a Yuki member who possesses Ice as his/her speciality.
Regeneration through objects can be hindered by greater rank chakra rank flow.
Can only be wielded by Blizzard.

As the water bullet is sent smashing through Yamato's pillar, he releases the pillar from his hand and forms the tiger seal. The hokage then demostrates his power by stomping his foot with his next step, sending a a jet of water upwards to slice the wate bullet in half. Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.
As the walls shoot up. Yamato forms a dense wooden wall in between the two walls to keep them from closing in on him. He then channels chakra into his feet and runs sideways along the newly created wooden wall, and over the front wall.

Seeing the Ice sword form and hearing the name blizzard, Yamato begins to anticipate the man's power. Entering short range, Yamato say's "It's nice to meet you Blizzard, I'm Yamato. Hokage of KONOHA!.
With that Last word, Yamato punches forward, releasing interwinding pieces of wood from his arm whcih smash into blizzard, sending him flying backwards.
(Mokuton: Yarijurin no Jutsu) - Wood Release: Spear Forest TechniqueRank: C

Description: The user will create two tendrils of wood release from their arms in a pushing motion that spins around each other into the target
Unexpectedly, the Kage makes it through all the traps that Blizzard had set for him, and within a split second he was right infront of him, close enough to canvas his power of Mokuton. As the Kage sends the tendrils of wood from his hand, Blizzard, holds the sword infront of him, and channels his water and wind chakra in the hands, creating a shield of ice. The elements majestically blends together forming the crystal ice. Hokage, HUH! Given the short time this was the best he could go for, it wasn't compared to the power of wood at all, as the wood tendril, hits head onto the shield, shattering it and then hits Blizzard on the arm sending him flying back.
(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique

Description: The user can use this jutsu to make it begin to snow down on the terrain, or, much like the “Earth Style Technique” the user can make small pillars or shields of pre-existing ice or make it materialize (if from Haku's Clan). If this is used to make snow, then after 3 to 4 turns most of the terrain will be covered.
Blizzard getting tossed first hits his arm and then flips again, he get good grip of his sword once again, thrusting it in the ground as it tears through ut allowing Blizzard grip and balance, by channeling enough chakra in the sword, Blizzard generates the sword from beneath the Kage making it burst out. As the sword whistles; ZZZzzzzzzzzZZZ~.. Yeah we are going to take him down! he replies to the acquiring sword.
Note: Just for reference, my sword can regenerate in mid range if and only if I have contact with the sword, and the object/barrier. But it makes that whistle sound because the regeneration through things can only be done by channeling chakra into it, which makes the sword excited, thus creating the sound.
