well, this is probably the biggest mystery in this chapter and not so much Obito's eye to be frank. sharp mind.

what's even more puzzling is that he spoke about Minato, and Minato had met Naruto only because of that chakra he had sealed within him. even if we assume that Tobi made an educated guess about Jiraiya, knowing about Minato is really weird.

I have thought of a way tobi could easily get in naruto's haed, but he'd have to have AMAZING chakra control. Could it be possible to use one's chakra to sense the thought paths of others? It would be difficult but is/could-it-be possible? =/

But then he could just have read Konan's mind to find out where Nagato was for example so I doubt it
