I read a thread where ppl where argueing over whether tobi shouted his name or a jutsu he was using and ppl where winning for the "he shouted his name he really is an uchiha" part of the arguement so here this is what he shouted and it was his jutsu ..... "uchiha flame battle encampment" and here is what it is " After manifesting small flames on each finger of one hand, the user then slams their palm on the ground, resulting in the creation of a cylindrical barrier enveloping a location of their choosing, protecting anything contained within and burning whatever comes into contact with the barrier's exterior."
