Yet another pointless list, but ...what the heck I'm bored.
The Sage of six paths and his sons wont be included on this list, for obvious reasons. Also any bijuu's themselves (jinchuuriki will be counted with the added power of the bijuu), edo tensei's will not be counted, nor will the jutsu edo tensei itself be counted.
now for the list.....
1.) Tobi
Probably the most nerfed character so far. He has the rinnegan and all its powers, he also has the sharingan (not know if he has MS and all its abilities) and space time. He also has shown good chakra control and good chakra reserves. Without poot in the way from stopping him use his abilities Id say he's stronger then edo Madara.
2.) Nagato
This was a hard choice I didn't know whether or not to put him at 4th or 2nd. In the end I decided 2nd. He's the 2nd most nerfed character, plot stops him from using his abilities to the fullest. Nagato not nerfed would have the rinnegan with all its abilities, every single elemental ninjutsu (and probably a few more ninjutsu) and the highest chakra reserves we've seen so far (besides bijuu's and Kisame)
3.) hashirama
Hailed as a having abilities that are like a fairy tail. A master of Wood style, Medical ninjutsu and sealing jutsu. He is very solid and probably has a monster chakra reserve as he's a Senju.
4.) Madara
Remember this isn't edo Madara.
Madara seems to have massive scale fire style, sharingan. Mastered the Susanoo, Perfect Susanoo and many many more things we just havn't been shown.
5.) Kaburomaru
Even without edo tensei Kabutomaru is ridiculously powerful. His taijutsu in sage mode is nigh unmatched, he has very powerful ninjutsu and his whole fighting style goes for the quick kill without escape.
5.) Naruto
Not much to say, good shakra reserves, shadow clone's, rasengan forms, summons, kyuubi mode, bijuu mode. He's crazy.
6.) Sasuke
Yes he has surpassed Itachi, He has (almost) everything Itachi has (no Yata mirror,Sword of Totsuka, Intelligence and genjutsu isn't quite as high) He has many many powerful elemental ninjutsu.
7.) Itachi
Susanoo, amaterasu, tsukuyomi, great genjutsu, shadow clones (that explode) and very high intelligence.
8.) Minato
FTG, summons, rasengan, good sealing and high intelligence. He might also have a few more abilities, but from what we know he's at number 8.
9.) Muu
Invisibility, splitting technique, particle style... he's everything Oonoki is and more.
10.) B & A ...tied
B: Perfect control of bijuu, very destructive, great kenjutsu and formidable lightning style. He's basically a tank.
A: His amazing strength and Speed mixed with his lightning style.
