Nice list.. I think Sasuke and Minato should be switched. Also, as for Hashirama and Madara, I would put them above Nagato, but it's pretty close. And there is definately better options for the #10 spot.

Tobi would have been done by now if Naruto was freshed up.... The plot at the moment is making Tobi sound op with his jutsu.. And Tobi's rinnegan is weaker then Madaras


Nagato's Rinnegan is also weaker then Madara's.


Hashirama supposedly is on pars with Madara... but we still don't know crap about his abilities until Madara reveals them. But he is known as a expert in seals, Regeneration , and has 3 elemental releases. .
