Lol assistant xd he was a lieutenant who mastered bankai before most other captains, the way you said it, it looks like he was some cheap/weak guy. But yeah I give this chapter a 4/5 as well. Things are getting interesting with overkill and buckbeard, cant wait till the next chapter to see those 2 coming in action. And Kubo perhaps its time to show the reality of the mysterious person in Huece Mundo.

The Buckbeards right handman did not seem to be a challenge for Kenpachi.


Also Kenpachi defeated all the sternritters w/o releasing hes eye-patch.


But I think , that Kenpachi would defeat Buckbeard.


And Genriusay will defeat O-kill.


And later Ichigo will defeat the mysterious person in Hueco Mundo.

It was a weak chapter in my opinion. I don't know, I guess I was expecting something more considering we're still left hanging with so many other questions.

One thing I liked was Buckbeard blocking Kenpachi's blade with his arm. I can't wait to see the look on Kenpachi's face.

I wasn't expecting a chapter so soon (thought we would have to wait a few more weeks) and since things around NB has been so "off and on" lately, I haven't been around much to "check-in."

Anyways, I liked the chapter, I was expecting Ichigo to go "SSJ2 Gohan" for a sec -- then again -- I've been expecting him to do that since his first attempt to escape that barrier. It was uncomfortable seeing Hisagi, Shunsui and especially Byakuya so battered and helpless ... I fear we will see the vulnerability of Kenpachi soon too...now that will be tough to watch, imho.

I also have a feeling Buckbeard won't fight Kenpachi, instead will let order his second in command to fight Kenpachi or his second in command will "slob on his commander" (figuratively of course) and will ask/beg to fight Kenpachi instead. And Buckbeard will head towards the CC. I think Kenpachi is underestimating the second in command and will be in for one hell of an awakening!!!

To be honest we don't know who Buckbeards right hand man is so we can't say Kenpachi didn't have any trouble, it's the same with the 3 sternritters he might of released his patch for all we know and then put it back on.

Also I don't see Kenpachi beating Buckbeard the guy stopped his attack with one arm also the arc is still pretty much at the beginning stages so the main enemy wouldn't die.

Also what enemy where you talking about in Hueco Mundo.

Aaaah Kenpachi...you're the only one of all Kubo's creations who has yet to disappoint me U_U Someone make that character the patron saint of carnage and destruction, he deserves it.

The panel where he explains how he killed those 3 is one of the best and most hilarious I've seen in Bleach since all the captains and vice-captains popped up in the Fullbringer arc.

I thought this was an epic chapter, I don't even care who the mystery swordsman is anymore. I just want to see Head Captain and Kenpachi whoop some Sternritter ass. I think Kenpachi is going to get beat and the head captain will show up to face Buckbeard after he beats the Overkill. But I doubt the Overkill will go down so easily, we might just find out that Chijiro's bankai was something to be feared and respected.

because in the manga its written "your subordinate's bankai"


Now i was guessing that it can be anyone's bankai..

the only person whose bankai was stolen previously was sasakibe.

but what if it was Hisagi's Bankai.. just thinking..

Good point but it's never been mentioned that Hisagi has Bankai plus it wouldn't really have as much of an effect on Yamamoto so I can say it's safe to say it's Sasakibe bankai plus the situation is to convenient to be anyone but his bankai.
