Ok, since you dind stopped my katana, you have a huge cut on your shoulder (could be the left one)
with my second katana I hit your katana (avoiding your stab) . then I spin and attack your neck with both swords, I'm a noob, but your not taking this seriously.

I dont think so. You need to move your arm to preform the seals, and then 2 things happen:
1. Your shoulder its cut pretty bad so its really hard to preform hand seals.
2. You need a lot more time to preform the necessary seals, by the time you're over, I'll be cleanning your blood off my swords.

You can't say that he doesn't have enough time to perform the handseals needed to do the jutsu because he's wounded.
You need to somehow block the attack, not avoid it by saying he's too slow to perform it. You need to learn jutsus, Kiwii...
