That's a tough one but I would risk Uchiha since they were around since they formed Konoha along with the Senju clan. Maybe the Hyuuga is just a branch that appeared later on, when new people arrived into the village.

Well that explains why the sharingan is much more powerful than it's ancestor Byakugan. It's like an evolution or something.

Wow... are you serious?
From what we've seen so far in the manga, Sharingan is without a doubt stronger than Byakugan. No doubt about it. Even if I think having a Sharingan is just a cheap way to have power.

i spent like whole hour in that thread explaining this thing...
right now yeah sharingan is stronger,yeah but i think byakugan will evolve...
i think this: byakoogan can win against sharingan in everything except susano...
and only itachi has susano and probably madara as well...but neji can win against sasuke that's what i think
ok if sharingan is stronger right now and byakugan will evolve then do u think that if a sharingan user is alive they will just sit there not strenghthening the sharingan? No, the sharingan will grow just as much if not more

That's what you think, not what you know. Tell me your opinion based on things that actually did happen in the manga. Byakugan did not evolve. Apparently the Sharingan offers techniques such as Susano'o, Amaterasu, Space/Time, that dimension thing Kakashi has etc...
And no, Neji can't win against Sasuke. That's ridiculous. If even the main character, Naruto, is supposed to be on par (better in my opinion) with Sasuke, tell me how on earth could Neji beat him? No, he can't.

for example there was a thread about this too...neji is jounin so he probably will come up with some nature manipulations,and main aidea of the thead was to combine nature manipulation with taijutsu,that will kick ass and i don't think sasukes chidori will save him agains nejis futon taijutsu,sasuke will be torn into shreds,then again this was jus theory about how can BG evolve,so i don't know yet,looking at the characters' flow everyone is getting stronge,shikamaru killed akatsuki,narut kicks ass and i belive neji will be seen again,that's almost for sure maybe its only my thought yet,but come on what the hell he will come up with kickass things...

That's a cool opinion dude I'd like to see that happen even if I don't like Neji's attitude that much.
But theories aren't true, they're predictions. You can't say that one character beats the other based on what you think will happen next. That just makes it another theory.
So objectively, Sasuke is stronger than Neji.

with information that we have now sasuke is out of neji's league,but you gotta agree with me that neji is nice match for sasuke,they are fast smart and nice eye techniques,kishi might match them some day too,yet another prediction lol.

i am not chanigng opinion i still believe,the same that neji will beat sasgay,but the thing that confuses you is that i can't prove what i was saying...
my theory was based on the development,for example if at chunin examples neji could beat sasgay,i think that new neji will beat new sasgay,but i can't prove my opinion untill we will actually see the new neji...
so your theory is more accurate for now...

Remember OROCHIMARU the sannin trained Sasuke!
His speed is awesome now, prolly on par with Neji.
His sharingan is far stronger than Byakugan. What can Byaugan see?
FLow ofchakra ? 350 degree sight? See through far distances ? thats all
Now what can NON-MS sharingan do?
1) See fast movememnts in slow mo
2) see flow of chakra (not to the extand of byakugan but still)
3) Cast genjutsu
4) Copy techniques
Ms sharingan
..... some uber cheap S-class techniques... space/time
tbhisis beyond Jonin level, hella these are kage level techniques and even greater.
