Well what are you going to do? Microsoft will stop developing for Windows 7 so you can't stay on that OS. PC games won't be able to play cause Microsoft put these new app regulations for apps to not have blood gore and all that fun stuff. Every app also has to start in 2 seconds which is absurd..... I don't know ANY PC games that start up in 2 seconds... The reason why Microsoft is doing this is to get more people on to the XBOX. But in reality lots of there costumers are thinking of switching due to this horrible new interface, stupid regulations and Microsoft taking 30% of the money when ever you buy an app. Microsoft is completely trying to do what Apple has done, but in the process they are ignoring their customers.... I personally am going to switch to Ubuntu since Steam is starting to too.
ummm hate to burst your bubble but you quite wrong on a couple points
the 2 second thing is a bit extreme since no app, even on apple OS starts that quick plus even if it would it wouldn't be for the desktop version but for the tablet version that is going by the same name, and even when it is truly possible it won't be a requirement because the speed isn't controlled by the app itself but by the specs of the machine it is running on. I have the same game on my iPhone and my iPad and the version on my iPhone loads quicker than the version on my iPad.
and about the gore and violence again i haven't heard of any regulations against them and i'm even using the release candidate version of Windows 8 as I type this rebuttal to your post.
I don't see how you can say that Microsoft is implementing these supposed changes to push people onto the Xbox since they serve two different entertainment requirements. The Xbox is purely gaming, music and videos with a mix of social meetings mixed in with the voice chat room ability. Computers and Tablets are generally used for anything from work, to video/picture/music editing to coding and all this can be done at practically the same time without having to close one to opening the other.
if you are going to try to spout "facts" about a operating system you should probably do some research first so that you can actually report something correct instead of just spouting nonsense and hearsay about what the next version of Windows is going to be like.:flaw:
