Orochimaru himself was not sealed. The piece of Orochimaru in sasuke was sealed so Orochimaru could not be spawned out of Sasuke. That's why he was still able to come out of the seals of his victims. Also why the seals never vanished.

He escaped, So please refrain from saying he is sealed. Also sealing someone is usually the alternative when you can't defeat them. . .

was him trying to escape, That thing that got sealed was nothing more then a shed skin. LoL it was a last ditch effort, Oro died by amaterasu flames.

@ your edit, Orochimaru never died lol, he has been alive inside all the people he has a curse mark on. Think of it like Voldemort and his Horcruxes. Voldemort didn't die until his horcruxes did, the seals are the horcruxes. Orochimaru won't die until all the curse marks are sealed.

@ your edit, Orochimaru never died lol, he has been alive inside all the people he has a curse mark on. Think of it like Voldemort and his Horcruxes. Voldemort didn't die until his horcruxes did, the seals are the horcruxes. Orochimaru won't die until all the curse marks are sealed.

I've never heard about this power in the manga, LoL either way he never got sealed by itachi so idc.
