His skills are better. Plus, he knows Bee fighting style, jinchuki status, taijutsu, raiton user, and tbb. Sasuke knows him and Bee doesn't know how strong Sasuke has become since their last encounter.

How high difficulty? Bee nearly ended his life twice after being saved by Karin and Juugo? If anything it would be Low. The fight would have ended in the first minute.

The gap still remains between the taijutsu and speed. In that fight, he did not miraculously obtain better skills in every area. Regardless of 'which' Sasuke Bee is fighting, Bee will still win. The fact that susanoo will not stand up to a tbb, is a game changer. If Bee wasn't a Jinchuriki, but still had his speed, taijutsu, and ninjutsu(we haven't really seen them) abilities, Sasuke would take this. But that is not the case. U_U

When bee was ready to launch tbb. Sasuke was knocked out from the tail beast lariat he got from bee. Even if tbb could prove dangeroud suigetsu tanked one. I bet Sasuke will be fine, if not he can just amaterasu the calamari.
