There still is a high chance for bee to win.But if sasuke gains more experience in using EMS then sasuke will probably win,since in there last battle,the MS abilities almost devasted bee and the EMS is just a much more stronger version of it with no side effcts! But logically right now bee has the upperhand becaue of the tailed beast transformation.(sasuke hasnt mastered the EMS as he just started using it,so he cant currently use perfect susanno to match bees tailed beast transformation).
