*I catch the chunk of ice and then sit down in a meditative position. I slow my breathing and can feel the cold air enter my lungs, chilling me from the inside. I feels the chill of the ice creep over my body as I slowly breathe. I feel the sharpness of the ice shard and its insanely cold structure as it slowly cools my hands*

Ice is a KG made by combining water and wind used by the clan Yuki (Dont know much more ._.)

You can use Ice to freeze water, make you fly (in essence), trap opponents, fire projectiles and protect yourself from attacks.

Ice is strong to water and wind, whilst weak to earth and lightning.

These is Chakra Paper. they react to the 5 elements. When water chakra is applied, the leaf should become soaked with water. I want you to meditate on your water chakra while holding the leaf in you hand to ake it soak.

Now I know you've done this before, but you have never done it at the same time while trying to channel another element in the other hand.

I take the white leaves and hold them in my hands. I then focus my chakra and begin channelling both my water and wind chakra natures. I channel my water nature into my left hand and my wind nature into my right, sending equal amount of chakra into each hand and causing the leaf in my left hand to become soaked in water and the leaf in my right hand to be cut down the middle, leaving two halves of equal size.

1st. *Tosses you a kunai*

*I catch the kunai you tossed at me and stare at it analysing its every feature, the shape of the grip, the line running along the blade, the loop at the end of the grip. I keep these features in my mind and focus my Hyouton, releasing ice chakra from my right hand and forming an identical kunai made from ice. After creating the kunai I focus Hyouton chakra beneath me, gathering it so there is a considerable amount, then I force the chakra upwards, creating a gleaming pillar of ice that raises me of the ground. Then after constructing the pillar of ice, I send my icy essence into the sky and mix Hyouton chakra with the clouds, causing snowflakes to begin to fall all around me as I stand on my frozen pedestal*

Strong points

• You can avoid jutsu and move at faster speeds through the air with the pillars
• Making kunai or other projectile weapons from this jutsu will make them stronger than regular weapons.
• When you create snow with this technique it increases the speed at which you can create other ice techniques

Weak points

• It is only a low ranked jutsu (D/C im guessing) so it can be easily blocked and is not that powerful
• in order to increase the speed of your ice jutsus (creation wise) it has to be snowing for some time (a few turns maybe) so it will take its time coming into use.
• The ice weapons can easily be shattered by lightning jutsu such as nagashi or that one where you run lightning through your sword

Combinations-strategies
A strategy for this jutsu might be raising two pillars underneath the opponent, one slightly lower/slower than the other, making it so when they are thrown into the air they are off balance, then you could follow that up with a jutsu that comes down from the sky, dropping lid, storm upheaval, flying thunder god, ect.
Ways to counter:
This jutsu can be countered in pretty much all of its forms by jutsu such as nagashi, as it would shatter the ice (wouldn't really counter the snow though) or you could counter the pillars or kunai/other weapons with the lightning sword jutsu, by swinging the blade and slicing through them. Another way the pillars can be countered is with an earth pillar or stone spikes, that would go through the pillar and shatter it.

Strong points

• Highly resistant to fire jutsu below B rank (C and D rank)
• Impossible to dodge as the birds constantly change direction and chase the opponent
• Extremely useful projectiles

Weak points

• Can be countered by B rank and above fire easily
• The projectiles aren't terribly powerful as they are only C rank
• Can't really think of third weak point

Combinations-strategies
I would raise an earth wall in front of the opponent, blocking their vision, then I would send the swallows over and around the wall, giving the opponent little time to react to the swallows, so they would be quickly overwhelmed by the swallows
Ways to counter:
I would counter this jutsu with a B rank fire or any wide ranged lightning jutsu.

For Dispersing the cloud - If you wanted to just disperse the snow cloud, it would take B ranked Wind to do. But that can be a wasted technique, so what you would really want to do is use an A Ranked or Higher Wind technique, this way you would still be attacking your opponent as well as canceling out the Cloud.....all depending on the technique you use that is.

For your counter - B Ranked Fire would only BLOCK the ice, canceling each other out. To counter you would need A Ranked Fire. B Ranked Lightning is Good enough. Shit C Ranked Lightning is good enough to counter, you really only need D Ranked Lightning/Earth (Piercing) to cancel out that technique.

Then I focus Hyouton chakra beneath my feet and force the chakra upwards once again, producing a jagged pillar of ice that encases my own body. Whilst in the ice pillar I release a tiny bit of Hyouton chakra from my body which allows me to move around in the pillar*

Strong points

• When using this as a defence you can move around somewhat freely
• The opponent cannot move around in the pillar and are completely frozen into place
• I would say it is relatively quick and can throw an opponent off guard very easily

Weak points

• Because of the rank it is not the most powerful jutsu
• It would be pretty much useless against another Ice user
• Can't really think of a third ._.

Combinations-strategies
When the opponent is running towards you you could use this to stop them advancing and it would catch them off guard as they would be focused on attacking you. Or you could use this when in a close quarter situation, like you are trading blows then you jump back and trap them in the pillar
Ways to counter:
Ways to counter this jutsu tend to be default for allot of these jutsu, being nagashi to destroy it or hurricane fist/wind stream to avoid it

I focus my Hyouton chakra and channel it into the air around me. I then picture 1000 thin needles in my mind, surrounding the area. Then I jump backwards and release the chakra, creating a perfect circle of needles made from ice that all rain down on one area

Strong points

• Attacks the opponent from all angles so it is hard to escape
• The attack is quick as well as from all angles so it will give the opponent little time to counter it
• Err I can't think of a third D:

Weak points

• If you do not jump away or keep your distance you will be caught in the jutsu
• The opponent can go underground to escape the jutsu easily
• There is an opening for the opponent to escape in the top of the cluster of needles

Combinations-strategies
If I had two clones on the field I would have one of the clones use swamp of the underworld, and one of them use dropping lid/Stormy Blockade at the same time I'm using this jutsu, giving the opponent no way to escape. Plus of they use nagashi to counter the swamp and needles they will get electrocuted by the water
Ways to counter:
Going underground, going airborn, using nagashi, using the hardening technique/that jutsu kakuzu uses to harden his skin

As soon as you come into view I drop the earth beneath you by 20m, then as you fall down into the pit I fire cluster of swallows made of ice which chase you down the pit and as the swallows pursue you down the pit I create two pillars either side of the pit that catch you as you fall, slamming into your mid section and cracking your ribs

The problem with your counter is that you cannot jump while the Ground is going downwards. It would be like trying to jump in a free falling elevator....its just not happening.

I want you to channel your chakra into the air around you, and use it to form a dome structure that surrounds you on all sides. Concentrate on the thickness of the dome, while making the technique transparent so that you can keep an eye on your enemy.

I had worded that wrong aswell. I would create a pillar which I would land on, then jump.

I focus my chakra and send it into the air around me, spreading the chakra around until it is in a perfect dome shape, once the chakra in the air is in the dome shape I build layers of it, increasing the thickness of the dome. After applying the layer I release the chakra and a thick dome of ice appears around me

• The dome is amazingly strong
• Because the dome is transparent you can see your opponent
• Surrounds you from all sides so it can defend against many attacks at once

Weak points

• You are somewhat trapped in the dome once you create it (I think)
• You can still be attacked from underneath
• Can't think of any more

Combinations-strategies
Well could use this to simply block a jutsu, but if you were in taijutsu combat and the opponent was trying to escape because you were getting the upper hand you could use this to trap them in with you
Ways to counter:
Smash it with lightning jutsu or piercing earth jutsu or earth jutsu that come from the ground like stone spikes
