Why would you make the ice disks behind them? You don't have control of them that way, to force them to fly in a direction unless you have an Ice CJ that grants you control of it.

An advanced version of Black Dragon Blizzard, instead of sending the dragon through one fist, you will send it through both. The dragons will then form into a massive tornado as they travel towards your opponent.

I focus Hyouton chakra into both of my fists then I punch outwards with both of my fists, extending the chakra in them as I do so. Then as the ice extends from both of my fists I manipulate the front of the ice into two dragon heads, one on each arm. I them make the extended ice of each arm twist and swirl between themselves, making a tornado

My point is that you cant use them in that way. Or better yet I should say the way you tried to use it is inaccurate.
Can you create them behind the target? Yes.
Do you have control to make them move? No
Can you use it to pre explode a kunai with an ex tag that your opponent is about to throw? Yes......as long as it doesnt break timeframe, and you would have to time that perfectly.

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

The best defensive and offensive technique that ice user possesses. The raw speed while traveling is only downplayed by the fact that you cannot use jutsu while you are traveling. And I dont know why it is changed, but this requires 3T Sharingan in order to track the speed. Sasuke couldnt completely track it with his tomoe, and simply estimated at where Haku would go due to the water splashed in the air. The fact that they have downgraded this to just needing Sharingan upsets me a bit. But no mas.

After performing the required handseals (1 if you have Ice Mastered) concentrate your chakra into the air and try to form a rectangular mirror made of Ice. it should be about as tall as you are if not taller just to be safe. Then after making the one, I want you to make 20 more in the fashion shown. Be advised that you do not have to make them in a dome, but for training purposes this is how I want you to do it.

How is it you control the disks then? are they static when created or moving? and do you have control over them?

I form a string of handseals and then concentrate Hyouton chakra into the air. I manipulate the shape into a long rectangle shape making it just above 5 ft (My bio is Haku and that how tall he is) I then release the chakra, creating a perfect rectangle just bigger than me. I then focus allot more Hyouton chakra into the air, separating it into 20 parts, all the same size and rectangular. I then release the chakra, creating 20 more mirrors in the shape of a dome.

If you are in the air when you make them, you can make them under your feet so you can hover. You can make one and you will have pretty good control over your hovering......or....you can make two, one under each foot, and have ultimate control over your hovering. Charging chakra in ur feet so that you stay connected to the ice disks. Then maneuvering your feet like lifts to control where you go.

Or you could just throw them where you want them to go forming them in ur hands. But ultimate control would need to be used by strings or a CJ.

I jump into one of the random mirrors and then insert a mass of Hyouton chakra into it. Then I release the chakra I inserted and hall ass out the back of the mirror as it explodes.

I can see what happened from inside of the mirrors after my clone poofs. The shards spread covering the area, making it impossible for anyone to escape by any means except underground.

How would you stop your opponent from escaping from underground before exploding the mirrors?

Description: The user firsts traps the target's feet to the ground by freezing ice onto them. They then uses a specific hand seal which causes the chunks of ice at the target's feet to grow into one large chunk, freezing the target completely. Quickly jumping back they throw several senbon at the frozen target. It partially cracks the chunk of ice, and then shatters outward, damaging the target once more.

Channel your chakra into the ground and underneath the target. Make your chakra turn t ice that forms around the target's feet. After it has formed, perform a handseal to make the ice form into a large chunk of ice that will encompass the target completely. Then jump backwards and throw a few Senbon at it to crack it. If done correctly, the ice will shatter and damage the target.

This is pretty much a summon stopper to be completely honest. There aren't too many summons that would be able to stop you from freezing them completely. By the time they try to jump or something you would perform the handseal. They would then land on the ground and shatter themselves. Most Summons don't have Lightning or Fire chakra to destroy it, and the ones who do. Summonings you can't use this against are things that don't have any feet such as Snakes, worms, slugs etc.

It would force the user to have to either sacrifice their summon or find a way to deal with it on their own. Personally, depending on the summoning I have out, My summon just got burned. lol.

In a cannon fight there aren't too many ways to get out of this either, most of them lightning related, a couple of earth ways, fire would only hurt yourself more than help.
