Amatersu is good for getting rid of big things or atleast incapacitate them, Tsukuyomi/Paralysis for me could be a win, remember Nagato counter attacked Jiraiya just after he released the genjutsu(Nagato fanboys seem to forget that). 2 amaterasus one for Preta and one for Gedo, one genjutsu against animal, Katon all the other summons like Jiraiya did against the bird, some fake explosion bunshins and genjutsu against konan, Kunai to the linked sight like he alrerady did, Susano'o after preta is disabled. Im not mad but this scenario if you really want to discuss it, is not hard for Itachi.

He's not doing all that simultaneously whilst defending himself. You must be crazy if you think he is.

Very well put. I agree. Itachi beats nagato HIGH difficulty, divide nagato by 6 and take two of them and itachi wins this 3 times without dying.

Chibaku tensei or CST solos. I'll be surprised if Nagato takes it with more than mid diff.

YES i AGREE that there are characters STRONGER than Itachi BUT! Kishimoto has given Itachi a ''godlike'' appearence FOR A REASON. Itachi doesn't need to be STRONGER than his opponents to defeat them, Itachi is just WISER and SMARTER than his opponents, Itachi can find blindspots/weaknesses in no time, he's the one who said that ''EVERY JUTSU HAS A WEAKNESS'' well if you know that how can you not win against everyone? Besides Itachi has the perfect arsenal of Jutsu's and brains to counter anything... Being stronger doesn't mean you're better. Itachi's WISDOM overpowers everyone just deal with it.

In any case, it can go either way. I'm not a fan of this 'Itachi Amaterasus Gedo' nonsense. I would conclude that Itachi is the favourite, that's all, Nagato's team could very easily take this though if Itachi doesn't end the match quickly, which is what I actually have my doubts about.

And remember if Itachi takes out Animal path puff summons, Jiraiya dodged summon attacks while preparing sage mode(hands disabled), Itachi alone with his speed wont have any problem against those summons, most of them are really slow. Even though this scenario doesnt include Nagato, in a fair fight Itachi would go directly against him. Not going to lose time in Kuchiyoses and Konan, making Nagato use other abbilities, like Shinra and Chibaku.

I'll give you the point that Totsuka Blade won't probably pierce through Gedo but it would most likely pierce the other summons. Amaterasu doesn't spread quickly but wouldn't Gedo or the other summons still feel the burn while they burn? Though you did make a point about Totsuka Blade. Gedo Mazo might prove to be a bigger threat to Itachi.

In the end, the victor will be determined on whether or not Totsuka pierces Gedo since that is the only possible counter for Gedo I could think of that Itachi has. If it can't penetrate Gedo, then Itachi loses since his chakra would most likely run out before Gedo completely burns to ash. If Susanoo is deactivated, Gedo might tank the pain for the moment just to get rid of Itachi, forcing Itachi to put Susanoo back up until he runs out of chakra and is left without a defence.

If it does penetrate Gedo, it's self explanitory.

During Itachi fight with Sasuke even after being sick using genjutsu on naruto and make 2 crow clones and genjutsu on sasuke in the uchiha hideout & cave and on top of that Tsukuyomi and using a fire style jutsu before i say he could he used it 5 times and look at this scale of flames

I really believe that Itachi had been given that purpose by Kishimoto. I mean come on Itachi can find blindspots/weaknesses in no time, he found the Rinnegan's blindspot in a matter of seconds. Can't say it more than enough he said that every jutsu has a weakness, doesn't that give you an edge above everyone else when you know this fact? i mean that allows you to know that you can win a fight that shouldn't be won by you because your opponent has better and stronger jutsu's than you yet you know that they have weaknesses aswell + like i said Itachi is THE perfect person with his arsenal and intelligence to counter them.
