Amaterasu was special to Itachi but then when Sasuke got his MS he was able to use it. Tobi's andd Kakashi's jutsus could be similar sharingan techniques.

Amaterasu is not special to Itachi... you NEED both Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi to unlock Susano'o so obviously madara has it too
