Second hokage water release?

How come it was a big deal when the Second hokage created water from his chakra. Kakashi has done this also. Ninja during the war have done it too. It was supposed to be a big deal but know if you have water release you can do it. I don't see how the second was amazing at all anymore.

It was the level of water jutsu he could use without a source. He could have probably used 1 water jutsu out of the blue to stop Madara's fire attack that took 20 lower level water attacks to stop it.

^^^This, tobirama is the most underrated hokage of all. First edo tensei, best suiton to date, S/T ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and overall badassery of a senju. Need I say more?

1. Kisame is the greatest water style user to date. he created a whole ocean.
2. We have seen many ninja due water style without water
3. He banned it. Plus his was worse than Oro and people say Oro did a half version compared to kabuto.
4. Who cares
5. We don't know his feats in this category at all.
I am not saying he is weak or anything of the sort. Just saying what made him special has become the norm.

Itachi did it during his battle with kabuto and kakashi during his battle with kakazu.

That water came from the scroll of that shikamaru used that summoned water. I watched that episode yesterday.

He transformed that water from his chakra. The manga page shows it.

Tobirama was also able to transform(condense) the moisture in the air into water for his attacks,when there literally was no water source.And his attacks were very strong despite where or at which altitude he was at(for this reason he was known as the strongest water style user).He didnt need seals for his water attacks,an testament of his exceptional chakra control.He even could transform an opponents water attack into his own.

He could do high level of genjutsu and possesed advance taijutsu skill.He knew space time ninjutsu and had sensory abilities.When a ninja is controled by edo tensi and his emotions are ended by the edo tensi user,the ninja is weaker and does not fights to its full potential,thats the reason tobirama seems weak.There is nothing more to say!

We get trolled here, Kakashi took off his mask to use that technique also.
But Tobirama was able to use the moisture around him to use the water techniques. Kisame well he just had too much chakra, created a crater and then basically a giant lake. But its rumored that Tobirama could cause tsunamis. It would be cool though to see Tobirama against Kisame to see who's the best water user though.
