Not true at all. He wouldn't be as powerful maybe, but it took some f*cking brains to figure that one out. He would not be useless without the Sharingan. On the other hand, if he lacked the brains, but had the Sharingan.. Well then he'd be fairly useless.

That kakashi is awesome.

How many kamui could he have left in him. He has done it three times and has also used chidori like four time on screen. I figure he must have one more. Two at the very most. If he does it two more times I don't think he will even be able to fight anymore. This strategy came along to late.

As Tobi thought while watching Danzo defeated by Sasuke, he's underestimated Sharingan users in fight, because he had so many transplanted in his arm. This also means, as it was said in the manga before, the things that most matter is if you master to use it at his best. That's what Kakashi is legendary for.
