This is what I believe. The boulders crushed obito's body but his skull prevented his eye from being crushed. Thus allowing someone to be able to stil use his eye.

I think more and more that Tobi is Uchiha Kagami, who had a son - Obito. It would explain a lot (same MS jutsu, he knows Kakashi, holds grudge against Konoha - the Yellow flash saved Kakashi, but was unable to save his own son).

This makes perfect sense now. All the similarity of tobi to obito.

Tobi uses the eye power of their bloodline, i.e Kamui. The main power of the kamui is to transport an object to a different dimension. From the looks of it tobi somehow managed to evolve kamui to a whole new level. Not to mention he have tons of time to master his own eye technic. Plus the obito's eye's where not perfectly fit. Becos he used drop medicines for in his eye and wore glasses for protection. When he is about to get attacked he transport himself to that dimension but some how his movements can be observed from this dimension.When the attack is finished he transport himself back.(Cool technic right. it is very hard to figure out.) It was by sheer coincidence that kakashi was able to figure it out. The dimension kakashi uses for kamui's transportation is the same as tobi. That is why the rasengan and the flying kunai where able to hit him. Both the kunai and rasengan where in that dimension when they made contact to tobi. From this we can conclude that tobi has the same ocular power of obito.

Why Tobi is obito's father.

Mainly i have four reasons.

1. Tobi have the same eye powers of obito.
2. Tobi attacked konoha because of his revenge. Tobi believe that Konoha was the reason behind the death of his son. And wanted to annihilate konoha for what they did to his precious little son.
3. Tobi knows gai and kakashi.
4. Fitting him as tobi is perfectly matched with all the time theories(like why is he old,why he know madara etc.).


And a wild guess- TOBI IS SON OF MADARA.
SO MADARA>TOBI>OBITO.

I know its been said before but I really think that Tobi is Obito now. From all of the information about the Kamui that came out in this chapter, my theory is that Obito was able to manifest his Space/Time Sharingan technique while struggling to survive under the boulders that were crushing him. This still doesn't answer why he would be mad at the village but since Kamui and Tobi's technique are basically the same I really believe that Tobi could be Obito.

Wrong. His fight with Konan disproves this. He teleports by absorbing himself. He is solid when he absorbs something. That's how he got hurt by fighting Konan. If his intangibility came from teleporting that fast, then he wouldn't have had a problem fighting her, nor anybody. He could just telespam the place like Minato and pwn them.

Dude I also said the same thing, by warping and un-warping I mean himself, he warps and un-warps himself at high rate to become intangible. I'm simply theorizing on Tobi's ability to make himself intangible.

This is a little far fetched but i kind of like it. Not straight 'TOBI IS OBITO' which is silly. But his dad. Or maybe someone with Obito's ocular powers. Nice. We'll find out soon

i read a theory a while ago about him not actually being in this dimension and simply transposing his body visually while intangible and momentarily traveling to the other dimension to avoid attacks, but if he wants to absorb something he has to remain tangible to drag it into that dimension, props to who ever wrote that because it was spot on

I believe he called it level 2 because when he uses ftg he usually teleports to a stationary object. A kunai thrown on the ground for example. But in this case he teleported to a kunai he threw and was still moving. Making the tech a bit more advanced.

Also since tobi's identity is going to be revealed soon. I believe with all the information out there i believe its Izuna. Kishi just mentioned that tobi is someone madara knows. Also tobi's fast knowledge of the past makes me feel like he's someone old. Also remember how Izuna gave his eyes to madara ro gain EMS. Or maybe madara took them. Lol. Well anyway after that he had no eyes. Tobi as we have seen collects eyes. Sharingan eyes. And a rinnegan. Due to the fact he no longer had eyes. That couldve triggered his fixation to find new eyes. Start a collection just in case he ever lost his eye again. Which i believe he did when sasuke hit him with ama. He used izanagi. Lost his left eye and replaced it with one from his collection. I feel if it is another uchiha. Why would he throw away his original eyes. To me his right eye is obito's. His left was always a back up if he needed to use izanagi incase he got really hurt. To me theres no way either that tobi can be obito's dad. That i can remember only 2 shinobi have been mentioned to be hokage level that hasnt been shown. Only thru flash back but not for much time. Im refering to the leaf. Kakashi's dad and Izuna. Only one fits the bill of who might tobi be. IZUNA

Enjoyed this chapter. Gave it a 4. Loved that progress has been made, there was action, and jutsu!!! If it were over 18 pages would have been a 5.

kakashi is one of the smartest shinobi alive. He he had a higher pool of chakra he would own Tobi now that he knows his ability's weakness. All they have to do is attack tobi in the physical (Guy) and in the other dimension (naruto) and Tobi cant dodge. Even if he uses Shinra Tensei the one from the other dimension will still get him.

The question now is does Kakashi have enough chakra to take Tobi out.
