Can um... somebody give me some insight... This dude has YET to land anything and from what we seen today all he has done is Ran. is this dude strong?.... He saying dont underestimate him. But if all i see is that you are running. im not gonna OVERestimate you. For everybody who gonna say "He has the rinngegan" pls STFU. Cause if he had the powers in it. He would have used it once he was gettn his ass pwned. not ONCE did he showed signs of him being able to use the paths and not the jins either. to be perfectly honest I think he's just crazy cocky. I think he's not landing attacks because he obsessed with obtaining the nine tails chakra. I think he's afraid to use the gedo mazo to it's full power because he doesn't know how and imperfect gedo mazo will react.( remember he only got a part of the nine and eight tails chakras.)Let's say f*ck the rinnegan for right now and look at his sharingan, he has it but barely uses even the most basic functions of it. We just now saw he used it to follow guys movemments. I think tobi is holding back. I don't know his reasons for that but I think he's holding back.
