Byakugan>sharingan and rinnegan

byakugan is able to view things from a far distance away as well as sense chakra. also can view almost 360 degrees. making it useful in combat.

it is able to see through genjutsu and can beat rinnegans six paths of pain using its 360 degree view, well almost 360.

Maybe if the user cuts off chakra points, but sharingan user have susano'o. And rinnagan users also have susano'o(well madara does, nagato does not).
Rinnagan=sharingan>byakugan.
Plus byakugan users look blind so...
