byakugan is able to view things from a far distance away as well as sense chakra. also can view almost 360 degrees. making it useful in combat.

it is able to see through genjutsu and can beat rinnegans six paths of pain using its 360 degree view, well almost 360.

In terms of sight it's better also amaterasu wouldn't work since palm rotation can send it away

-If you're only talking about view then rinnegan is the best. When using the 6 paths the user has no blind spot since they all share the same view, while byakugan has a blind spot.

-If you are talking about jutsus over all then you are wrong again Byakugan only really helps you in a taijutsu situation, while Sharigan helps the user in taijutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu, and then Rinnegan helps the user in ninjutsu mostly but then adds many bonuses.
