You failed because its been said several times that just because you cannot disprove the existence of something it doesnt mean that it exists...sigh...I dont want to repeat myself any more. And you were just proven wrong about global warming up yet you started again with that ... So you also failed to prove that God exists and how many times do we have to say that its not us who have to disprove it... you just believe in him because you have so called faith, and rely on it. If its fine with you and you are happy with it then there is nothing wrong with it, but just because you cannot understand/accept scientific facts you shouldnt say they are not facts ...
Both of you failed, you cannot prove he does or does not exist. Until either can, this type of discussion will never die. Why don't you all just accept that people have different opinions and beliefs. It's that easy, don't push your religion onto someone, don't push down those who have a religion. It's really easy to just accept that we're all entitled to believe what we want.
I fail? You failed to prove that God doesn't exist
So lets summarize our discussion shall we?
I explained what satanism is
You said "NO I DONT BELIEVE THAT THAT IS WHAT IT IS!!
I further explained it to you
You told me that cant be what it is, because you were taught other wise.
I called you a dumbass
You insulted my english, while using incorrect english
I explained that you shouldnt criticize someones granmar if you cant use it yourself
You said something else, in really bad english, and tried to defend your imaginary english
I further showed the mistakes of your sentence
You proved to be a 5 year old girl and couldnt even come up with a half decent come back.
you missed the most important point of all. you tasted my sh*t.
now what was tsuchi-sama's fav quote in the signature?
guess what you should do next?? explain the flavor that you tasted a while back.
I call you the explanation guy that cant explain why we drink water.:sy:

But if someone cannot give evidences for his belief, then whats the point of believing? But I know that he has the right to believe what he wants so I'll stop right now, I'm out, I knew that this debate was useless but it confirmed me again that religious people's "greatest" argument is that we cannot prove that god doesnt exist...which is not a proof...so its a vicious cycle...And I didnt push my opinion on him just pointed out that his arguments are invalid. Actually religious people are the ones who wants others to convert (see crusades, inquisition, jihad...etc) and they threaten me that if I dont, i'll die...and they have constitutional right for that...but its ok. So bye.
I believe in God, being raised a Christian. I've recently had trouble with this, seeing as how I'm cursed to think rationally and have to look for an answer instead of just doing something. I see the rationality on both sides of the argument. I also see the problems. Mainly, with God, he can't truly be all powerful, because of the omnipotence paradox, which states that any omnipotent being, a being who can do anything, should be able to create a task that they cannot complete, which mean's they can't be considered omnipotent, however, if they cannot create a task they cannot complete, they were never omnipotent, also, I've been plagued since I was small to wonder, where did he come from. The main problem I see with the Darwinian theory is the entropy law. The universe, left to itself, will become less stable and less organized. Believing in God is the best way out. If he does exist, and you've been saved, heaven. If he doesn't exist, there is no life after death no matter what you believed.
This, this is exactly how i feel, its either God is real and theres a heaven, or theres nothing, so u might as well try to believe because u got nothing to loose

Religous threads aren't allowed. It is not possible to have any kind of intelient discussion on the matter. Please learn what "trolling" is because i'm not sure that you do.
Go ahead, report me, they'll just close your thread.
Believing in any of the Gods of the big religions has to be simple ignorance. No one can prove, or disprove, that a being resembling the God described in those religions exist, and such being might just exist, but you can be certain that the God described in those religious texts does not exist. How could it? Scientific proof, overwhelming scientific proof, of how the earth, man and the universe came to be simply shows that the texts do not show the truth of our creation. And let's be honest, of all the things in the texts, creation must be the least ludicrous. God spoke to men via burning bushes? If a man, in this day and age, claims to be speaking with God, or God speaking to him, that person is labeled mentally unstable, not the next messiah. There is nothing in any of those texts that proves God exist and taking the words of ancient books... Come on, there are hundreds of old books that tell of our creation and Gods, and none of them offer any proof. Religion is a simple byproduct of human nature. We think, and in doing so, wonder why we are here. In the world religions were created in, we did not have the scientific prowess of today, and the only explanation some could see was an almighty God that created us.
It should be clear to anyone with an ounce of reason that religions were created by men as guidelines on how to live - 2000 years ago. Making people fear an almighty God if not following said guidelines is an excellent way of making people do so. Some of the learnings we can definitely still use today, others, and actually most of it, must simply be discarded or renewed. The world we live in today does not resemble the world of 2000 years ago, so why should we live in a mindset from that time? How can that be in the interest of anyone living such? In a world so advanced in technology, wisdom and morality, why are we still heeding ancient rules that have nothing to do with the world of today?
unfortunately so, yes.
I am a Christian. I'm born and raised Sothern Baptist and I am in no way ashamed or hesitant to say so. But here is the biggest mistake people make (and fits along with your point): PEOPLE ARGUE.
I'd share my relegious views, beleifs, lessons, and so on with anyone willing to listen, but Christians are leaders, not dictators. Guides, not fachists.
I've lost count of the number of times people have made the mistake of arguing on this subject (or any) to make a point. I won't try to rip someone's ideas, views or beleifs out of their head and cram my own in. Arguments on this subject and so many others are a waste of time.
I made the mistake of arguing with several someones on the point of Christianity and it is the most shameful moment of my life. It wasn't being outnumbered, having my words thrown out of context, interupted halfway through every answer to an unfair question or even having other peoples words thrown in my mouth in front of dozens of others.
IT WAS THE FACT THAT I TRIED TO ARGUE. THAT IS WHERE I FAILED.
