Sasuke was already extremely adept in ninjutsu, completely mastering 2 elements. He was even skilled enough to create a new elemental release with amaterasu, and now has access to Susanoo as well

Although we don't see much of it, Sasuke has displayed numerous taijutsu feats after Itachi's death. Particularly, he was able to single-handedly pwn the highly trained Samurai in the land of Iron, and land an impressive kick to Killer Bee, and keep up with his swords for a bit

Although it's debated whether Sasuke got Tsukiyomi or not, it's not debated that Mangekyo gives you a boost in you genjutsu. Sasuke uses genjutsu more frequently and effective now. He was able to mind control a kumo shinobi, knock out a sensor with genjutsu alone, and fool Danzo with it.

Sasuke has shown some very impressive speed feats. He was able to dodge Bee's lariat at the last minute in mid-air as well as A's Elbow Bolt at close range. Some may attribute this only to Sasuke's eyes, but as Lee said, you need a fast enough body to react.

It wouldn't seem Sasuke has shown a specific increase in stamina. He has shown to be very durable in the kage summit. He stood against A, Gaara, and their bodyguards, then fight Mei. He was also able sustain Susanoo during most of his fight with Danzo.

To be honest, I think Sasuke should have had a 4 in intelligence in the last DB. He completely trolled Deidara and was able to totally take control of the fight despite not knowing anything about Deidara. Sasuke once again proved his intelligence it his fight with Danzo as he was able to figure out Danzo's powers and still find a way to fool him the entire fight.

To be quite honest, the feats of Sasuke with his MS and EMS have not given us anything of note other than his MS abilities which would fall under the category of ninjutsu. His genjutsu profficiency has yet to change or has yet to be demonstrated since his fight with Itachi. We've seen him capture Bee in a Tsukuyomi yet it was defeated and we've seen him capture C. However, though we've seen him in a fight using genjutsu against Danzo, there was little more profficient strength behind it as when he fought Itachi with his standard Sharingan.

His taijutsu has improved to a point where I would consider him on par, in terms of skill to people like Kakashi.

He is intelligent in the field of fight at times, but recently he's been doing nothing but spamming his MS abilities and draining himself to the brink of exhaustion so I wouldn't say he's changed that much in that category.

His power hasn't changed at all

His speed hasn't been shown to change at all

His stamina hasn't been shown to have changed much. Though his MS and EMS grant him abilities, they don't enstow him with chakra. Using Susanoo and Amaterasu and the other abilities are very taxing on his body. Simply because EMS prevents blindness dosen't mean he's given more chakra that allows him to stand long in a fight with his MS abilities, that's still a reprocussion he maintains.

Seals? Meh, he spams MS too much so we can't see anything in that category anymore.
