This databook said Sasuke's scores would improve with the MS. So this is what I guess it would be now:
Ninjutsu: 5
Taijutsu: 3.5
Genjutsu: 5 (Tsukuyomi)
Intelligence: 4 (after the battle with Kabuto he seemed to grow in this aspect)
Strength: 4
Speed: 4.5
Stamina: 4 (in a day he activated MS jutsu 10 times - 8 vs Kabuto - without being as tired as he was prior the war arc. The stat might be higher.)
Hand Seals: 4
Total: 34

Changed Sasuke's strength from 3.5 to 4. While injured he flinged Zabuza's sword towards Suigetsu with his sword.
