Maybe but its never been proven because Orochimaru never got sealed and Nagato was an edo meaning that once his soul got removed his body turned to chared paper anyways.

Well no we don't know that. Think about it. The reason Oro got sealed was because it wasn't actually him, rather a part of his chakra/soul. That's why the whole of him got sealed. Now with Edo Nagato. If you read closely you will see that his body does not actually get sealed. Once a soul from an edo gets sealed it just turns to paper. That is why we don't really know if it's right or not
