It is good thinking my friend and you are right in saying that Itachi obtained those weapon from someone or somewhere but that does not mean that he can be disarmed by those since the trick lies in the way he uses\keeps them,

he was somehow able to fuse those weapon with his Susanoo so when he uses Susano (a manifestation of his chakra) the weapon also becomes part of it, meaning it is also becomes a manifestation of his own chakra thus rendering the possibility of being taken away by some one else useless,

since he can easily deactivate his Susanoo and make the weapon itself disappear, and then he can reactivate his Susanoo with all the previous features, meaning those weapon can not be taken away from him unless he himself releases them from the possession of his Susanoo.

as seen with Madara uchiha, Tsunade broke the sword of his Susanoo and tried to hit him with it but when he reactivated his Susanoo he had the sword's with him.

Please look up the definition of ethereal, A spirit is considered ethereal yet we can't see nor touch it physically, Yet the bible is also considered "ethereal" but only in the sense that it is spiritual/Heavenly and we can physically touch it. I get your point but the bible is irrelevant, the weapons are still ethereal according to the very website you linked, I believe the only way for him to loose them is to rid himself of them or someone use a jutsu specifically for removing spiritual weapons as I'm sure there is one. Saying he found them is a mute point because if he found them he did not TAKE them from another person so it doesn't do much to help your theory that they can be TAKEN from a user, no the only true weakness is that a person can be uprooted and removed from the suasanoo itself, or even that it can be overwhelmed eventually as it takes massive chakra to maintain. Even the yata mirror is useless ones itachi runs out of stamina because his chakra is not infinite

lol i dont think susanoo can be disarmed,but in naruto`s case it doesnt even have to be disarmed.naruto is way faster and just dodges totsuka and yata mirror and hit susanoo from behind and crush it(maybe)
