I will do my best to break them both down from the top of my head...
Minato.
-Base speed still remarkable as he was able to get across the room and catch baby naruto before tobi noticed him behind him on the way
-Reaction speed also remarkable, he was able to take explosive tags of naruto before they exploded and FTG away before they where hurt. He also notice tobi apearing behind him and was able to turn and slash through tobi's face before tobi's hand even got to him. (The reason i bring this up is because tobi's chakra is said to fanish when he does that so minato didnt have much to to react).
-Sealing abilities-Able to seal tailed beast chakra with a simple to of a hand and a twist of his wrist...
Also can use seals to transfer Massive jutsu(or TBB) with a simple kunai seal, and also able to telaport not only himself but something as big as the 9tails
-His taijutsu is formidable, i cant say to much cause we've never seen him really exchange with anyone but with his great reflexes id imagine he could keep up with the best.
-His only ninjutsu known if the reasegan and id imagine a giant reasegan.
-I dont think he has genjutsu
-And his brains are deffinitly impressive, he created reasegan, reaper death seal and battlewise he was able to understand and counter tobi's extremely difficult ability after only seeing it twice.
Naruto...
-base speed pretty normal-sage mode speed pretty up there-9 tails speed is up with minato's. 2nd person to dodge A's fastest attack
-Reaction time not super great but with sage mode active he should be able to keep up with minato and with 9 tails deffinitly.
-Taijutsu is his prefered fighting style it seems, he ingages with taijutsu constantly and is able to keep up with sasuke even with his sharingan advantage
-He has his father's ninjutsu but with upgraded reasegan shuirken which he can use like the regular reasegan or throw it. And he has incredible shadow clones now able to take way more punishment and can switch between sage mode and km mode.
-No genjutsu
-His brains arent great really, anytime he's over come a strong enemy it was with help. An example would be the 8 tails helping him with the 3rd raikage or him already having intel on the paths. But either way he used his own mind to take down the paths so id give him above adverage.
How they interact with each other...
Naruto's BM mode speed will beat minato's base speed but with FTG he can be anywhere in a instant.
Minato's reaction speed may give him the upper hand against sage mode and KM mode. But sage modes Ability to use the wind to attack during taijutsu like he did against preta path. But minato's ability to leave any exchange in a instant may help him.
Naruto's reasegan shiurken will beat minato's reagular or giant reasegan. But minato Can use His tagged Kunai similar to how he used it against tobi for a counter or simiple use ftg to escape when he see's naruto has the upper hand in the exchange.
