Minato hasn't had much screen-time to show off his abilities and after last chapter his feat against Tobi seems more impressive than I initially gave it credit for. But as of yet I still haven't seen anything that directly invalidates Fusaku's statement that Sennin Modo Naruto surpassed him. When Naruto surpassed Kakashi, he was considered as strong or stronger than him. So at least while in Sennin Modo Naruto should be > or equal to Minato in strength. Naruto can't maintain Sennin Modo the entire battle, which is why I believe this fight could go ether way.
It's possible that I could be wrong and Minato is stronger than Sennin Modo Naruto. But before I'm willing to believe Fusaku was wrong or that statement was retcon'd, something significant to disprove it would have to be shown. One example of something big would be if next chapter Naruto or one of his clones goes into Sennin Modo and still can't hit Tobi than I will consider it.
But with that aside, Naruto is even stronger now that he has tamed Kurama and has BM. BM Naruto is implied to have a similar level of speed to Minato. BM Naruto also has greater stamina and raw power than Minato has shown. So I really have a hard time believing that Minato is stronger than someone who is equal to him in his best area (speed) and surpasses him in raw power and stamina. Minato is more intelligent and experienced than Naruto, but I don't think those things matter that much in this manga. Shikkamaru is at the top of the world in intelligence and he's nowhere near as strong as Naruto. Kakuzu had tons of experience and he lost to Naruto before he tamed Kurama or even mastered Sennin Modo.
So for me to consider Minato as strong or stronger than current Naruto, something huge would have to happen. One example being BM Naruto still struggling to hit Tobi whose just using his space time jutsu.
For now my opinion is BM Naruto > Sennin Modo Naruto and Minato who are both in the same tier, top tier.
