Why Sai is the strongest in K11

Okay guys there is one very important reason why sai is the strongest in k11.
He can fly on his birds.While he is flying he could keep spamming birds with paper bombs and lions.Danzo even said sai is the strongest root member in his generation.

I never thought Sai was part of the K11.. But Choji can get Sai with Butterfly mode.

I agree with you though, if he gets in the air, no one can beat him (except Choji).

Rock Lee has a good chance because he can jump extremely high when he's in gates.

All the snakes can do is restrain a person. Choji is physically the strongest member of the K11, they are not holding him back. Especially when he's under calorie control.

Shikamaru, choji, neji, lee, Kiba and even sakura will crush him. All the rest he could beat(I thought naruto went without saying)

Well Sai is pretty underrated and he is pretty strong but Choji, Rock Lee and maybe even Neji will beat him. He beats the rest of them though. I think he is a mid jounin level ninja.
