Why Sai is the strongest in K11

loom i'm pretty sure that sai is very stronge but trust me other k11 are strong as well just look at neji and shikamaru their strone...really strong

To be precise, Sai is not part of Konoha 11. They were called K11 after Sasuke left and they are: Shikamaru, Ino, Chouji, Naruto, Sakura, Hinata, Shino, Kiba, Neji, Lee and TenTen.

Also, I don't believe he's the strongest of them all, what could he do against: Lee with the gates, Chouji in his BM, Shino with his bugs, Kiba with his Fang-over-Fang? Even against Ino with her Mind-Transfer jutsu? I agree he'd probably have the upper hand over Shika, Sakura, Hinata, Neji and TenTen - just because he can fly and spam his attacks from the air.
