Custom Jutsu Rule

Custom jutsu can be used if you rank as a JONIN on Madara`s ranking system.
All custom jutsu must be registered with one of us and added to my site so everyone will know its effects
You can use an element not in the show but the jutsu must come from a jutsu thats already in the narutoverse any jutsu not submitted "WILL NOT BE COUNTED" this is to insure fairness to all members.
Kage level and above can use three elements.
Jonin level up until kage can use 2 elements
Genin-Chunin can use 1 element

You are allowed 3 jutsu per turn for attack, defence, supplementary
Your only allowed to use a total of 10 diffrent jutsu during a battle(this makes it a real battle and not a web search for what jutsu can stop this one)
Before each battle you must pick alocation the location can be a combo of terrain to suit each battlers need
You can pre=set traps but you must explain all of your traps you`ve set in detail in your post
Also follow all the rules in steinbiz sticky post.

I think the element, number of moves, and moves pers turn is optional or can be cusomized with an agreement between the contendors.

I know how to use 4 elements, though, and Zanji can use 6, and Madara-sensei knows how to use 5....

And I don't think custom jutsus should have to be registered


And while I agree with the location thing, traps should not be set.
Also I think the limited number of jutsu per turn thing, steinbiz's rules, and the 10 jutsus per battle thing should be TOTALLY optional...

Post your concerns here the reason theres a level to how many jutsu is to make the match fun, a real battle, and improve site activity.you cant just join and start using s rank jutsu every has to follow the rules us 5 included.
cutsom jutsu have to be registared so everyone knows what it does you can make up some super non-naruto jutsu and just say its a b rank with a s rank effect.All jutsu owners will get credit for there justu they`ll be under your name as there author.the location rule is set because not all jutsu can be used straight way like water prison you mut have water there to use that jutsu unless you plan on using expolding water shock wave every battle.the traps is optional some jutsu have traps like shadow summoning he buries hidan and covers him with explosives and blows him up.those features are to increase game play and enhance your battle.the ranks have been set by Madara and certain jutsu cant be used at certain ranks I understand sharingan copies any jutsu but even the sannin only know 5 element types.ice is not an element Yamato sates this when naruto is doing his wind training.You the members have voted against members using jutsu there avatar cant but we have custom characters who like zanji arent you typical ninja,thats why non-custom characters have a rank tha they can then use other types.This is all in fairness of all members and not for a select few.
